★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer since I was a child some twenty years ago. I've never been disappointed with the shop. The shop assistants are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Plus the prices here are sometimes a lot better than in some larger retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, that I have to write in English, but I not speak the czech language, even when I live in Czech Republic. Anyway, I ordered a Xiaomi Mi scooter 2 in color white by company Originalky.cz. For the best price I could find. I ordered, paid by card and the scooter was deliverd 2 days later by PPL, free of charge. But unfortanely the scooter did not work. The contact did not start up. My wife, who speak czech, made contact by telephone, later by mail to the company Originalky, and the rest was going wel or VERY GOOD. The company send a PPL car for picking up the defect scooter, free of charge, and again 2 days later I had by sending via "Posta" a new exemplare in house. Well working and in perfect condition. I use it now for 4 weeks, and I used during my holiday in the mountains of Jesenik, and everything was OK. I am very happy not only with the scooter, but first of all with the PERFECT SERVICE from Originalky.cz. I am honost, that I was a little afraid by ordering this way and company, but without any reason as may be seen from this review.
So, compliments again to Originalky.Cz, thanks again for the excellent service, and for the futere I will use this company for sure, and I can recommend this company to everybody.
