★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po prvotní marné snaze se dovolat (zkoušela jsem to 3 dny v různou denní dobu a nikdo hovor nezvedal ani nezavolal zpět) jsem nakonec vyplnila jejich formulář na objednávku technika. Ozvali se do 2 dnů, za další 2 dny domluven termín zaměření žaluzií a týden po zaměření žaluzie namontovali. Požadovala jsem co nejmenší mezery mezi oknem a žaluziemi, což bylo dokonale splněno. Rovněž vyšli vstříc mé žádosti, aby byly využity vyvrtané otvory po původních žaluziích a nevrtali se nové. Domluva s technikem na jedničku, byl velmi ochotný. Jsem s touto firmou spokojená a ráda doporučuji.
 After an initial futile attempt to make a call (I tried it for 3 days at different times of the day and no one answered or called back), I finally filled out their form to order a technician. They called within 2 days, in the next 2 days the date of the blinds was agreed and a week after the blinds were installed. I demanded the smallest possible gaps between the window and the blinds, which was perfectly fulfilled. They also complied with my request to use the holes drilled in the original blinds and not drill new ones. Agreed with the technician on the number one, he was very helpful. I am satisfied with this company and I like to recommend it.
