That’s quite a lot and discriminating to foreigners !!! We have been in many orthodontist no one made us pay a consultation as much as 200 czk more because you are not czech !! We went there because we had a recommendation from our dentist but it was very disappointing to see you discriminating by race and nationality. this is a very bad advertisement for your clinic unfortunately , we wish you good luck in the future anyways Also I repeat we were not informed about the price !! And when you saw us you talked in English without informing us !! Please inform your future patients !!

I am extremely satisfied with service, attitude and overall treatment at Orthopoint. Doctors and staff have been very nice and supportive! Dr. Sylva is a professional! Unfortunately, I had to move to different country and I still have several months left with my treatment but I am already very satisfied with the results and confident that other doctors can safely finish her excellent work. Dr. Sylva has been very supportive throughout moving process as well! I recommended this place to many friends and recommend for others as well, especially those who speak only English.
H	Helsy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place, my dentist is the kindest and most professional I’ve ever had. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. However, yesterday I had a bad experience, I went for a dental cleaning as every year and it was extremely painful, the lady had no patience and didn’t stop, it felt like a torture, she said she had to clean and she even moved my head from one side to another like a doll. I am able to understand that possibly my teeth could be the dirtiest they’ve ever been my whole life but I am not able to understand why the lady behaved without any empathy nor compassion. I had to take a brufen after 6 hours because my gums were still hurting. This is my opinion comparing to many other cleanings I’ve had my whole life.

I am very happy with the treat and the service received here during my orthodontic treatment. Moreover, due to moving to another country, she has provided me the pictures and records of my treatment so I can continue it in the new country. Amazing!!! Thanks a lot! 100% recommended for expats!
p	pornpruettikorn supitak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had braces here for 3 years. Last month I had a meeting with the doctor Sylva.she said only to me that my braces were done. The inner teeth that were found inside had not yet come together. I've seen a lot of people with braces. But I've never seen anything as bad as here. I understand some of the insurance paid. Too many times the wire broke. She didn't think to change it. Sometimes I agree to pay for a replacement request. just let me know Sometimes she don’t want to change the elastic even though I put it1-2 months! And I think they choose to serve because we don't speak Czech. So I had to make up my mind to get a new tooth done. , wasted time and money for 3 years.
