Když jsem začal vysvětloval můj problém, přerušila mě se slovy - Já se omlouvám my nové klienty nepřijímáme. To samozřejmě chápu. Ale utnout mé jakékoliv další dotazy slovy - Hm, nashle, a položit telefon, to neberu. Pokud je léčba u paní doktorky kvalitní, jedna hvězdička mě mrzí, bohužel, nemohu hodnotit podle ničeho jiného, než podle utnutého hovoru. I understand that the capacity for new clients is full, but what I don't understand is the approach. I don't know if I called my sister or to whom. As I began to explain my problem, she interrupted me with the words - I apologize we do not accept new clients. Of course I understand that. But cut off my any other questions with the words - Um, goodbye, and hang up the phone, I don't take it. If the doctor's treatment is good, one star I'm sorry, unfortunately, I can't rate it according to anything other than the cut call.

Dr. Kadlecová is great, my son and I have been going there for a year, but a lady who really shouldn't be there works at the reception. She is very uncomfortable.

Highly unprofessional approach, among other things ignorance of professional issues (her mistake confirmed in the framework of double second-opinion). I do not recommend the specialist.
A	Amelia Tjekka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally dont like to leave a bad review to anyone but this time I feel I need to make an exception. I visited this orthodentist late 2018/ early 2019. It took her only less than 1 minute of her time to examine my teeth then telling me that I cant get braces unless I got implants for my missing molars. I felt down after hearing this misleading information. It took me 2 years to finally decided to get my dental implants first as she suggested, but the experienced dentist I have just visited highly advised me to get the braces first before the implants. His reasons approved by another orthodentist today. I am going to get my invisalign ready within 2 months. I hope I am the first and only one who received a misleading info from the person who supposed to be knowlegable in orthodentic world. I reggretted that I trusted her words wholeheartedly without even trying to ask a second opinion from another orthodentist.
C	Christine Spremo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my 10 year old son for braces on recommendation of the dentist. I was happy with the doctor, she explained the whole process in english and my son also liked her and the team. After one year i can already see good results.
