D	Dencaaas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Možná by bylo Dobre si aktualizovat otevírací dobu. Že si to vyvěsí na prodejnu je sice hezké, ale lidé kvůli tomu jedou zbytečně přes půl Prahy. Tak info pro všechny, otevírací doba je pouze do 15h :) Maybe it would be good to update your opening hours. It's nice to put it on the store, but people drive over half of Prague unnecessarily because of it. So info for everyone, opening hours are only until 3pm :)

Dodala bych že tvrdí, že to co potřebujete již se nevyrábí což ovšem není pravda neb v jiné prodejně vám to objednají and I thought it was just my feeling that they were uncomfortable in this establishment. I would add that they claim that what you need is no longer produced, which is not true, however, because they will order it for you in another store
V	Veronika Cizkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonicky jsme si poptali zboží a paní prodavačka potvrdila, ze nám ho rezervuje do 18h, do kterých mají otevřeno. Hnali jsme se tedy přes půl Prahy vyzvednout rezervovaný produkt, abychom to stihli do zavírací doby a jaké bylo naše překvapení, když prodejna byla zavřena a na dveřích cedule, ze je otevřeno do 16:30! Takže zbytečná cesta a výsledek nula. Prodavačka, která neví, do kolika hodin má otevřenou prodejnu a mate zákazníky, a navíc je na druhy den, když jedete pro zboží znovu, nepříjemná, je opravdu nestesti. Tato prodejna má jediné štěstí, ze mají výrobky, které v jiných prodejnách nemají. Jinak by s takovým chováním a pristupem možná byli dávno bez zákazníků. We requested the goods by phone and the saleswoman confirmed that she was booking them for us by 6 pm, until which they are open. So we rushed through half of Prague to pick up the reserved product so that we could make it to the closing time and what was our surprise when the store was closed and there was a sign on the door that it was open until 16:30! So useless path and result zero. A saleswoman who doesn't know how many hours she has a store open and confuses customers, and she's uncomfortable the next day when you're going for the goods again, is really unfortunate. This store is lucky enough to have products they don't have in other stores. Otherwise, with such behavior and approach, they might have been without customers for a long time.
J	Jan Kolář on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banda tragedu. Info na www neaktualni. Telefony nikdo nezveda, hlavne, ze tam maji mobilni telefonni cislo "Hot line". Volano opakovane, nezveda ho nikdo. Bunch of tragedies. Info on the web out of date. Nobody answers the phones, especially since they have a mobile phone number "Hot line". Summoned repeatedly, no one picks him up.
K	Klára Holomáčová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle neochotnou a povýšenou obsluhu jsem tedy nezažila. Nejen, že mi ženská podala metr, abych si přes kalhoty (?) změřila obvod stehna, přitom pro kompresní punčochy potřebuje člověk míry stehna,lýtka i kotníku a bez oblečení (a usoudila velikost dle tabulky)... navíc povýšeným tónem dodala, že je nemají, ale ona bude tak převelice hodná, že mi prodlouží poukaz (platí mi ještě týden),abych neprošvihla dodání punčoch dne 24.3.(dnes je 14.!). Opravdu nedoporučuji!!! So I have not experienced such a reluctant and elevated staff. Not only did the woman give me a meter to measure my thigh circumference over my pants (?), But for compression stockings one needs thigh, calf and ankle measurements and no clothes (and judged the size according to the table) ... in addition she added in an elevated tone that they don't have them, but she will be so kind that she will extend my voucher (she is still valid for a week) so that I do not miss the delivery of stockings on March 24 (today is the 14th!). I really do not recommend !!!
