Our experience is negative, we always had to wait for the treatment, even though we were ordered and paid for the examination. The peak was when our deadline was canceled 3 hours before, with the fact that the doctor is at the congress (as a patient, I could cancel my deadline no later than 24 hours in advance) and they will let us know as soon as possible for the new examination. The time of the new deadline came with an SMS message after 3 weeks, when, since I didn't even expect anyone to call, I registered the child in another facility where they have a contract with insurance companies. I can not recommend orthomedic, acting and approach grapes. And to your answer: What dare you invent such lies? No one offered me any other appointment at another doctor! The nurse said that she would call me and it took 3 weeks, and then she called with the deadline for another week, so even that does not correspond to reality.

I would like to thank Dr. Burian very much, who put me on my feet after a year and walks again without pain. He correctly indicated to me the replacement of both hip joints and operated them with a gentle mini-invasive method in the hospital in Bulovka with excellent results. I was basically a non-walking lager, now I am 6 weeks after replacing the second joint and I walk beautifully without sticks and pain. Dr. Burian is an excellent diagnostician with golden hands, so you can't go wrong with a visit to the surgery and subsequent treatment or surgery under his leadership, and I can really heartily recommend it !!

The amazing nurse will introduce you to the story and answer all curious questions from A to Z. Given the number of job responsibilities, she would deserve metal and her willingness and helpfulness. As for the doctors, I briefly saw several of them in the hallway and they all looked sympathetic to me, my doctor Dr. Špeldová is no exception, she is a woman in the right place. The message may be harsh, but it's a well-thought-out strategy for getting you not to destroy your body until it's the age of old age. I especially appreciate the effort to explain everything to me, to show me and to warn about the potential consequences in case of ignoring health regulations. It was an adult approach and I can't blame him. The recommendation of suitable inserts and shaping according to my feet was the clear icing on the cake. Don't buy cheap, unadapted to your leg, it will probably hurt and you will soon throw them away. (Or that was at least my case.) The pad may seem uncomfortable at first, but you need to keep in mind that you are doing this for your own health and for no one else. Personally, I have a sports, pink liner and a tourist - the first one really supports me when lifting heavy weights and the tourist will probably take me a long time and a lot of kilometers, I feel like I'm in a duvet. My experience with Orthomedica is very bad. For lower leg pain, I sought orthopedics in an effort to find a way to treatment or advice on how to deal with the situation. So I tried a private clinic with the vision of better and more effective care than in the public sector. After ordering the time when I still waited 45 minutes before I was admitted, I found myself with MUDr. Špeldová - foot diagnosis took exactly 7 minutes, then I paid 1400 CZK. The recommendation (I do my back but we still have to cut it) forced me to go to a normal hospital, where the examination took about 40 minutes. As proof of expertise, I add medical reports for both Orthomedica and him. Vršovice. Not only that, at another workplace, I received a pile of rehabilitation and 2 pairs of orthopedic insoles for a surcharge of CZK 300. I also received proof in the form of a mockery in the study of healthy footwear where I showed orthopedic insoles for 1900 CZK (Formothotics) from Orthomedica with oppositely glued hearts, which was prescribed by MUDr. Špeldová. So summed up and torn - Orthomedica approx. = 3500 CZK (we will cut off your fingers, badly made inserts). Vršovice Hospital = CZK 300 (correct inserts, 3 months of rehabilitation, then again by the attending physician). I just couldn't keep this experience to myself. Sorry. Although I am not a doctor, I must pragmatically state that I can always "cut" it - unfortunately irreversibly. Therefore, I also appreciate the variant of rehabilitation that was offered to me at another department. 3) Regarding inserts - we don't have to see each other again. Of course, I was able to glue the hearts myself - it was not a competitive struggle (everything went according to the instructions on youtube). 4) Prices - You are a private clinic, so I expected to pay for procedures. I knew the price list before I came to you (after all, you send it when booking). I have no problem paying for quality and service - but I didn't get this, so I wrote a review that I stand for. 5) Another workplace - Of course, as a patient, I do not know whether the procedure at the second workplace will be better. However, it is logical for someone to offer more variants and a much better entrance inspection, with the proviso that if the previous procedure does not help, another will be considered. Contrary to the radical decision to "cut it off" ....... what then? The scheme was the same - orthopedist and then physio .. 6) Summary: Please understand my reaction constructively. I wanted to try the super service and professional care you offer. I was determined to pay maybe 3 times more. But I just didn't get what I expected and I tried to explain it to you here. These are not inserts paid for by the insurance company or rehab. free of charge. The point is that a facility like you is building on the state sector ... and it keeps repeating "We are a human approach clinic" - I do not agree.
