 Mrs. Sumerauer is great, she helped me with the urgent confirmation of the doctor for ŘP (on the same day I called her).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setkání s panem doktorem Vaněčkem na ortopedii byla nepříjemná facka, která mi nahnala hned ráno nechtěný adrenalin do krve. Udělal mi sice laskavost a bez objednání mne přijal, ale lék na předpis, který mi doporučil mi již nenapsal. (...)Jdu do lékárny, tam jsem se dozvěděl ze je lék na předpis, vracím se zpět za panem doktorem, ten ze prý si mám počkat, až se bude místo mezi již objednanymi klienty. Říkam, ze jsem u nej byl přes 15 min, zda by mi nemohl vyhovět( a napsat mi recept třeba po vyšetření dalšího pacienta). Pak proběhla zcela zbytečná konverzace. Za 5 min mi uražený pan doktor Vaněček přinesl recept s tím ať už k němu nikdy nechodím. Nehodnotím tedy odbornost pana doktora. Myslím ze lidé si mají vycházet vstříc a dělat pravý opak. Milý pane doktore, nebojte, my dva se jíž nesetkame!
Meeting with Dr. Vanecek on orthopedics was an unpleasant slap that drove unwanted adrenaline into my blood the next morning. He did me a favor and accepted me without ordering, but he did not write the prescription medicine he recommended. (...) I go to the pharmacy, where I learned that there is a prescription medicine, I go back to the doctor, the supposedly I have to wait until there is a place between already ordered clients. I say that I was there for over 15 minutes, if he could not suit me (and write me a recipe after examining another patient). Then there was a completely unnecessary conversation. In five minutes, offended by Dr. Vanecek, he brought me a recipe to never go to him. So I do not assess the expertise of the doctor. I think people are supposed to meet and do the opposite. Dear Doctor, do not worry, we two will not meet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor mi před rokem tvrdil, že nemůžu ve svém věku mít špatné rameno, že je jen zablokované. Změnila jsem lékaře a čeká mě operace vazů, která nemusela být, kdyby se problém začal řešit včas.
A year ago, the doctor told me that I couldn't have the wrong shoulder at my age, that it was just blocked. I changed doctors and I have ligament surgery, which did not have to be if the problem started to be solved in time.
