I have been in the care of the doctor for about 4 months. I appreciate the very pleasant and kind approach of both the doctor and all the girls in the surgery and at the reception. The treatment plan was clearly explained, I was acquainted with the financial budget before starting the treatment. So far, everything without reservations and I recommend further. I look forward to the result :)

Unfortunately, I have a negative experience with Olga Kolesova too. I, who is 6 months pregnant, refused to put the unstuck retainer, arguing that the bite was poorly aligned and I needed to redo everything, otherwise I would “go to her all the time”, she did not give in to any persuasion, in the end I left in tears, having paid for a consultation and received nothing. I do not recommend this doctor specifically, the impression is that in the medical institution in which Olga studied, they did not take the Hippocratic oath

Orthodontist Olga Kolesova behaved incorrectly, not only did I wait for her for 45 minutes, after that no qualified help was provided, the impression was that the person had a too high opinion of himself, was trying to belittle you in communication, a real qualified specialist, would not allow himself this. I do not advise you to contact her extremely unpleasant person! Škoda svého ztraceného času.

I was at the reception 1.5 months ago, looking for a doctor to correct the occlusion. In 5 minutes, the consultation was offered to come to the next one where they would explain everything to me for money and draw up a plan. I did not like the arrogant attitude of the doctor, not my specialist. I went to the Czech orthodontist, who very politely and in detail explained all the steps and the final cost of treatment already at the 1st consultation.

We drove 4 hours to Prague, with our question to Olga Kolesova. Without asking why we came, the doctor immediately got into her daughter’s mouth, seeing another problem, she didn’t want to hear anything else. She needed to urgently remove her daughter's tooth, promising ice cream for this. I did not know that doctors are now so greedy for manipulation. It is true, because it is harder to find an approach to a child than to promise sugar. Oh yes, and it's so good for the teeth!! Seeing that we take into account the feelings of the child and are not going to remove anything right now, she said right in front of the child that in a few days we will go to the clinic with this for an operation. Needless to say, after that the child did not want anything at all and burst into tears in my jacket. Apparently Olga is more suitable when parents twist the child's hands to remove a tooth at the request of a doctor. When asked why the tooth does not hurt and where the inflammation could come from, the doctor said "that she would not give lectures." Interrupted. And then she was completely fed up with the fact that her daughter was crying in a chair and she said “mommy” and then asked us to leave the office. She is supposed to leave soon. When I asked her to look at the same problem with which we arrived, Olga replied that she had already seen everything. There was no longer any desire to stay there. Before our departure, she nevertheless made a peaceful gesture and came to us to give recommendations on this tooth. We listened to her and immediately left. It is a pity for the lost time and the child, who then cried for a long time and said that he would no longer go to the dentists. Thank you for pointing this out to us. But I think it could be done in a gentle way. I do not recommend this doctor to children. And she herself would not have sat down to her voluntarily

I found Olga on the list of orthodontists who are ready to help patients who came from Ukraine because of the war. I wrote her my situation in detail, to which I received an answer: make an appointment for a consultation. I signed up, waited, came, waited for half an hour until the doctor called me. Olga looked at my teeth for exactly a minute and said that she does not take more patients))))) and that she takes patients only with acute cases. I tried to ask some questions because I didn't know anything about dentistry in the Czech Republic, to which Olga rolled her eyes and answered because "I can't." Well, I think well, a person probably helps someone. And here I go, and I am handed a check for 500 crowns))) stupidly for 2 minutes of reception at which I was told that customers are no longer taken)) I'm shocked. It looks like Olga just wanted to replenish her customer base and wallet, standing and crying on the street

I've read a lot of negative reviews below. It is very difficult for me to agree with this. Olga is of course a great professional, I have been to many orthodontists, but Olga impressed me. Also, the clinic staff is as kind and friendly as possible, and besides Olga, I really liked professional hygiene. Prices, as for me, are much better than in many other Czech clinics. The waiting area looks chic and even the paperwork has been replaced by an iPad. I have a hard time understanding why there are so many negative reviews.
