★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strasny. Nezvedaji telefon a po 14dnech neustaleho volani, jsem vzala dceru jinam. V dnesni dobe nechapu, jak se muze nekdo s takovym pristupem uzivit!!!
 Terrible. I don't pick up the phone and after 14 days of constant calling, I took my daughter elsewhere. Nowadays, I don't understand how anyone with such an approach can enjoy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 dní jsme zkoušeli objednat devadesátiletého dědečka telefonem, volali jsme 10-15 denně. Telefon nikdo nebere. Šel tam tedy bez objednání jen s poukazem od obvoďačky. Nechali ho tam čekat 6 hodin v ordinaci, aby ho pak objednali za další tři týdny. Na bolesti kolen dostal předepsanou hůlku. Přeji hodně štěstí dalším pacientům v této ordinaci...
We tried to order a 90-year-old grandfather by phone for 5 days, we called 10-15 a day. Nobody picks up the phone. So he went there without an order only with a voucher from the detour. They left him there waiting for 6 hours in the surgery, and then ordered him for another three weeks. He was given a wand for knee pain. I wish good luck to other patients in this surgery ...
