★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We could not eat here. The restaurant was empty, but we were told that we had to sleep there in order to eat in the restaurant. Strange, because it does not say so on the website. Very unfriendly guy that told us. So, never go here without having a sleepover

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for the Spa and it was totally worth it. You can enter even if you are no hotel guests and it cost 200kc for 2 hours. The best were the views from the jacuzzi. It has also small pool and steam & dry sauna. Also some place to chill, as well as some tea and fruite :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 1.5 hours for food is not acceptable for me - do understand that we got there at the busiest time of the week (Saturday 12:30) but still - if you have the tables available you have to be able to serve them. Food is good but bit overpriced for the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tranquill location to unwind, friendly staff and quality pool + jacuzzi. We visited all the way from England and had the premium room upstairs with fantastic views. Would visit again and definitely recommend! The buffet breakfast was fabulous. Would prefer the pool water to be a bit warmer though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and cozy place. Great base camp for hiking into Czechia and Germany alike.
The restaurant could use a good scrubbing every night, though. I don’t like eating my breakfast amongst rocks and bits of mud on the floor.
Other than that, great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here 2 nights, the hotel is in an amazing location with beatiful views, room very spacious. However even if room equipment etc corresponds to 4 star, I would not consider it a 4 star hotel :
- overall clearness wasn't great : the carpet in the room seemed very dirty the way I wouldn't want to walk there barefoot
- furniture was of the cheapest quality you can ever find ; ventilators in bathroom and toilet once on were making huge noise like a starting plane
- areas outside of room such as elevator of stairs were dirty
- the biggest shock were dirty plates during breakfast buffet : I was trying to find a clean one in the plate stack but it was a challenge - seems the dishwasher is not working well there and nobody noticed?
On the positive side :
- friendly staff
- nice wellness area
- very good food even if the prices are for Germans not CZ
If it was a 3 star, the rating would have been higher.. It is really about setting expectations here.
