Prostřední jehla je vysoká okolo 20-ti metrů a je na ní dost často vidět pár nadšenců, deroucích se nahoru s pomocí lan. Jednotlivé bloky místní pojmenovali Tank, Druhá věž a Hlava. Malebná skupina skal leží na nevysoké rozsoše hlavního hřebene Chřibů, asi 2km východně od vrchu Ocásek (553m.n.m) Přístup je nejlepší z Osvětiman asfaltovou cestou přes Osvětimanské paseky směrem k rekreačnímu středisku Vlčák (chatkový tábor). Po cca 3 km cesty dorazíme na mýtinu v lese se v zákazem vjezdu motorových vozidel. (Zde jsou omezené možnosti parkování, auta by neměly překážet lesní technice při svážení dřeva). P r o s t ř e d n í lesní cestou se po 100 metrech dostaneme do tábornického údolíčka s loveckou ( trampskou) chatou. Cesta ke skalám odbočuje ještě před chatou doleva na stoupající lesní cestu. Vrchol Ostvětimanských skal leží cca 500 m daleko, na výrazné cestě vpravo, na vrcholu bukového lesa. Od mýtiny se zákazem vjezdu max. 15 minut. Detailní nákres trasy a okolních skal poskytuje horolezecký průvodce Moravské pískovcové skály (2010). Once a traditional climbing terrain of Moravian sandstone rocks.
