★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem se setkala s velmi neseriozním chováním od pana Ing. Otakar Gráfa. Přislíbil nám prodej pozemku, a že druhý den pošle smlouvu ke složení zálohy. Poté následovala jen xkrát změna ceny, podmínek prodeje a posléze, že se ozve až dořeší nějaké věci se stavebním úřadem. Dále jsem se ale už jen dozvěděla od sousedů vybraného pozemku, že prodal někomu jinému. Proto nedoporučuji!
 Unfortunately, I met with very unserious behavior from Mr. Ing. Otakar Gráfa. He promised us the sale of the land, and that the next day he would send a contract to make a deposit. This was followed only by a change in the price, the conditions of sale and then that he would contact you when he resolved some things with the building authority. But then I just learned from the neighbors of the selected land that he sold to someone else. Therefore, I do not recommend!
