Inzerát viz. fotografie byl uveden na webové stránky sreality 24.3.2021, kdy následující den 25.3.2021 jsem s panem ředitelem Tibitanzlem telefonoval ohledně domluvení schůzky. Ujistil mě, že nikdo přede mnou není a jsem první zájemce. Odpoledne proběhla schůzka s tím, že ihned ráno mu sdělím, zda podepíšeme rezervační smlouvu. Následující den vidím, že na webu realitní kanceláře i Sreality je uvedena cena vyšší o 200 000,- tedy 6 800 000. Pan Tibitanzl mě utěšoval, že cena pro mě platí původní, že o dům je enormní zájem, a že stále mám přednost. Ráno jsem tedy potvrdil, že dům chceme koupit, ať mi připraví smlouvy, na což reakce byla, že kolegyně to do oběda připraví, avšak ani toho večera smlouvy nebyly, po telefonu už se mi zdálo, že pan Tibitanzl mi maže med kolem huby. Následující den mi bylo sděleno, že dům byl nabídnut jinému zájemci po domluvě s prodávajícím, avšak když jsem chtěl kontakt na prodávajícího nebyl mi poskytnut. Nemůžu doporučit tuto kancelář z výše uvedených důvodů. Jednání narovinu a férovost zde nečekejte.

He assured me that no one was in front of me and that I was the first person interested. In the afternoon, a meeting took place and I would tell him immediately in the morning whether we would sign the reservation contract. The next day I see that the price of both the real estate agency and Sreality shows a price higher by 200,000, ie 6,800,000. So in the morning I confirmed that we want to buy a house, let them prepare contracts for me, to which the reaction was that my colleague would prepare it for lunch, but there were no contracts that evening either. The next day I was informed that the house was offered to another interested party after agreement with the seller, but when I wanted to contact the seller was not provided. I cannot recommend this office for the above reasons. Do not expect straightforwardness and fairness here.
