★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience with the misleading exchange rates and bad customer service - the lady working there was rude when I came for back for explanation after I noticed that something is wrong with the rate. In front of the place it says 0% commision, 0% fees, it has also big table with currencies SELL and BUY with good rates, however, on top of it there is written "This is currency rate conversion table for vip customers" or something in similar spirit. It's not something you notice at first glance, and then you get ripped off by about 25%. Don't go here, their exchange rate is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like plague! There are big signs that 0 commission but then I ended up more than 800 CZK less. Their commission is that instead of 29 CZK for one GBP they only give 19 Crown. There is a less obvious sign that only "VIP cardholders" get the rate thst every nirnor exchange office offers. This company is for ripping off tourists! Beesre and avoid!
