★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were not open even though the sign on the door said they were open as well as Google maps saying they were open. There are other nearby exchanges that are better, but avoid the exchange with the green front, they are worse.

I'm pretty sure, you're stealing your country too just the same way you are stealing your clients! It took me some time to find you on Google! You stole our money and then you gave us some fake mail address to write a useless complaint nobody ever answered to!!! DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!! They show you one currency and then they give another currency! If you ask them before, they pretend they don't know English, but after they scam you and you start arguing with them, guess what? They really do know English!!!! STEALING AT IT WORST! THEY SHOULD CLOSE YOU!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!! Oh, next time I am in Prague, I will reserve myself one day at least, just to stay there in front of your scam business to tell people to not go in and to never make business with you!!!!
