★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhelpful and rude service from the man who sits here. I recommend you avoid this and take your money to the exchanges around the old town square such as Exchange8. His rate is also not competitive, at a full 1.5 euro less than other exchanges in the area. He would not give me smaller denomination notes and gave me several 2000 krona notes and when I requested smaller notes he made a rude comment and turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been changing here for 3 years, staff here is great and very helpful and have good rates. I never wait in a queue. They r open 12hours every day. They give small notes when I need. Besz exchange in Prague 1 for sure.
