S tiskem bakalářky mi poradil a následně v hezké kvalitě a velmi rychle (během dne mi dokonce volal, že je práce hotová dříve než ve smluvený čas) vytiskl za přiměřenou cenu. Človek už na prvý pohľad vidí nekvalitnú- primitívnu webovú stránku, kde nie je možné urobiť online objednávku, len vyplniť formulár a prílohy poslať mailom ( v roku 2022 ?) to nič hovorím si, možno za tým všetkým stojí nejaká skromná rodinná firma, podporím ich. OMYL! Vyhnite sa tejto tlačiarni omylom pokial si vážite svoj čas a nervy. EXTRÉMNE neprijemný chlap komunikuje formou výkričnikou a kriku do telefónu. Keď som sa opýtala či by mi poradil, že je to moja prvá práca, zhukol že snád ja mam vediet čo chcem. 3x spomenul, že bude platbu tejto super expresnej služkby požadovať vopred- s čím som samozrejme súhlasila a nebol to problem. ( aj keď to teda nie je uplne legalne nakolko ma stranke nema funkciu e-shop, a teda fakturu ku platbe by clovek cakal len darmo), problem je vsak komunikacia! Klientsky servis je od tohto pana vzdialeny ako Praha od Kanady a namiesto ospravedlnenia sa, sa dockate len kriku. Fakt sa mu vyhnite oblukom! I say nothing, maybe behind it all is a modest family business, I support them . WRONG! Avoid this printer by mistake if you value your time and nerves. EXTREMELY annoying guy communicates in the form of an exclamation mark and shouting into the phone. When I asked him if he would advise me that this was my first job, he said that maybe I should know what I wanted. He mentioned 3 times that he would request payment for this super express service in advance - which of course I agreed to and it wasn't a problem. (Even though it is not entirely legal as the site does not have an e-shop function, so the invoice for payment would only be waited for free), but the problem is communication! The client service is as far away from this Mr. as Prague from Canada, and instead of apologizing, you only get a shout. Really avoid him with the arc!
