★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Dne 17.3. jsem šla nakoupit čaje kolem 18:00 a paní mi sdělila, že mě neobslouží, protože právě vytřela podlahu a mám počkat 30 minut. Slečny jsem se zeptala, proč nevytírá po pracovní době a sdělila mi, že u Vás v Oxalis to prý chodí jinak a začala na mě házet odporné úšklebky a obracet oči.
Tohle odporné a arogantní chování ze strany prodavačky jsem nikdy nezažila a peníze, které jsem u Vás chtěla utratit za čaje si vyberte u své zaměstnankyně.
I do not recommend. On 17.3. I went shopping for tea around 18:00 and the lady told me she wouldn't serve me because she had just wiped the floor and I had to wait 30 minutes. I asked the young lady why she wasn't wiping out after working hours and told me that you at Oxalis said it was different and started throwing disgusting smirks at me and turning my eyes.
I have never experienced this disgusting and arrogant behavior on the part of the saleswoman, and choose the money I wanted to spend on tea from your employee.

Zavírají v 19:45, ale já tam bohužel přišla cca v 19:40 poprosila jsem mladou slečnu tuším že je blondýnka jestli bych si mohla ještě něco koupit a ona mi ochotně vyhověla. Chodím zde často a jsem vždy spokojená za mne jedna z těch lepších poboček tady v Ostravě, vždy mi velice dobře poradí, kdyz se na něco zeptám, určitě doporučuji. ?
Very pleasant service. They close at 19:45, but unfortunately I arrived there at about 19:40. I asked the young lady to think she was blonde if I could buy anything else and she willingly agreed. I go here often and I am always satisfied for me, one of the better branches here in Ostrava, it always advises me very well, if I ask something, I definitely recommend it. ?
