L	Lucie Guldová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Dala jsem si vyčistit svatební šaty po doporučení svatebního salonu, a šaty jak kdybych nikde nedávala. Stejný výsledek jak když jsem je tam odnesla. Navíc mi připli šaty k igelitu sešívačkou, což u takových látek nepochopím. I do not recommend. Pokud ji teda potkáte, hoďte radši rychlou zpátečku, protože ušetříte čas a nervy. Vzkaz pro paní: pokud vás vaše práce nebaví, tak tam nepracujte a odejděte. Aspoň se nemusíte rozčilovat vy, a ani ostatní lidi. If I saw the review before I went there, I wouldn't have to be unnecessarily upset about the red-haired lady's approach. So if you meet her, you better throw a quick return, because you will save time and nerves. Message to the lady: if you don't like your work, don't work there and leave. At least you don't have to upset you or other people.

Už u příjmu mi pan vedoucí dost nepříjemným tónem ohlásil, že je to špinavé, a ze se pak nemám divit, kdyby to nevyčistili. Ok, takže jsem ho tam nechal. Po předání "vyčištěneho" koberce, koberec čistý nebyl. Ještě mi paní tvrdila jak to chudák musela drhnout. Jenže nevím tedy kde to tedy drhla, kdyz na koberci byly cedulky Ostrava. Pořídil jsem tedy tepovač a vyčistil si ho doma pořádně sam. Důrazně nedoporučuji tuhle čistírnu. Definitely not recommended. After handing over the "cleaned" carpet, the carpet was not clean. The lady also told me how the poor man had to scrub it. But I don't know where she rubbed it when there were Ostrava signs on the carpet. So I bought a heartbeat and cleaned it at home myself. I strongly do not recommend this treatment plant.
