 One of the many branches of the Luxor bookstore. Lots of books on three floors. Nice environment, although impersonal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of books and stationery, but really bad customer service. I went to buy books as presents for Christmas and when I wanted to pay, I was totally ignored by cashiers. I waited several minutes in hopes they would notice me, but they served people behind me without asking me if I needed anything. I left my books at the cash desk and went home empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ridiculous that you can not return a a wrongly purchased item, with a receipt, after just 3 hours. Many times I had very positive experience here, as it should be. This time they really let me down!
