★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné prostředí hodnotím kladně stejně tak ubytování. Máte nadosah sousedy, které slyšíte přes venkovní terasy. Je zde jednoduché se seznámit, vhodné pro nezadané. Nevýhodou potom je když je tam rodinka s dětmi. Jedna z velkých nevýhod je, že máte spoustu klíčů a čísel od ubytování, kolárky nebo parkovacího místa. Občas se stane, že jste zmatení z tolika čísel, netrefíte a jdete k sousedům. Když máte vypito a ve 3 rano nemůžete trefit tak se může stát že nějaké vzbudíte. Když máte štěstí pomůžou vám najít cestu a odemknou vám. Proto jsem dala jen 4 hvězdy. A pokud se nestihnete opít na párty v Zaječí natolik, že celý pobyt prospíte s kocovinou a poslední peníze neutratíte za vyčištění poblitého taxíku, stihnete si i užít nějaké aktrakce na jezeře nebo sklípky plné vína.
 Pleasant environment is positively evaluated as well as accommodation. You have the neighbors within easy reach, which you can hear over the outdoor terraces. It's easy to get acquainted here, suitable for singles. The disadvantage then is when there is a family with children. One of the big disadvantages is that you have a lot of keys and numbers from the accommodation, bicycle or parking space. Sometimes you get confused by so many numbers, you miss and go to the neighbors. If you have a drink and you can't hit at 3 in the morning, you may wake up some. If you are lucky they will help you find your way and unlock you. That's why I only gave 4 stars. And if you don't have time to get drunk at a party in Zaječí so much that you sleep the whole stay with a hangover and don't spend the last money cleaning a busy taxi, you can also enjoy some attractions on the lake or cellars full of wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice pěkný apartmán. Prostorný bohatě vybavený, krásný výhled. Jediné co jsem nenašli ve výbavě, byla vývrtka, což mi na jižní Moravě přišlo zvláštní ?
Very nice apartment. Spacious richly equipped, beautiful views. The only thing I didn't find in the equipment was a corkscrew, which seemed strange to me in South Moravia ?

Well equipped, cat, fridge, dishes. Parking in the building. Beautiful views of the water, great satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have problem to communicate in English, and use the system of booking.com.
We were three groups of family, and due to the change of one night of itinerary, I asked to change the schedule just for one night through many ways.
During the phone call, (they don't have reception desk.) the receptionist didn't understand our request and asked me to leave a message. And I asked through messenger of Booking.com and also I did it through booking.com system (changed the date). They didn't reply and the next day, I asked one of my Czech colleague to explain it. And the receptionist designated one room with the changed schedule.
All the payment was made by card in the site by the receptionist.
But after the itinerary, I received a message from booking.com that the host said we didn't use the room.
And I replied that we used as changed schedule and room as the receptionist confirmed.
But they took the money of one more night, CZK 1,970 from my card.
I asked to settle it and give back the unexpected payment through my Czech colleague, but after long and many unpleasant phone conversation, they said we did a mistake and it's a penalty of 'NO-SHOW'.
And they don't want to pay back the money.
I feel very unpleasant this kind of situation and I will make complaint through European Consumer Centre Czech Republic about this issue, and also I will post in other trip apps and social medias.
I don't want any people have this kind of nightmare with this Apartment. Except the communication, all everything was perfect. But nobody will not want to pay double for the accommodation.
