★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudy šla 1434 historie krvavá a smutná, kde Slovo Boží bylo křesťanům záminkou pro zabíjení bližních. Od těchto se distancoval Petr Chelčický v Chelčicích. Jeho biblický pasifismus se stal základem Jednoty bratrské, která vznikla 1457.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Důležité místo českých dějin - mohyla připomínající bitvu u Lipan. Dnešní pohled na tuto událost už naštěstí není tak ideologicky a nacionalisticky podbarvený jako v období 1. republiky a zejména v 50. letech 20. století... Jinak - mohyla je v dobrém stavu, plocha okolo ní je sečená, sousední parkoviště a sezení jsou čisté a v pořádku. Dost nehezká je silnice směrem k památníku - asfalt je rozbitý, není tu chodník (místní motoristé jezdí jako draci), příkop je zarostlý kopřivami. Cesta sem by si zasloužila drobnou investici a pravidelnou údržbu. Co na to krajský úřad Středočeského kraje?
An important place in Czech history - a mound reminiscent of the Battle of Lipany. Fortunately, today's view of this event is no longer as ideologically and nationalist-colored as it was during the First Republic and especially in the 1950s ... clean and fine. The road towards the memorial is quite bad - the asphalt is broken, there is no sidewalk (local motorists ride like dragons), the moat is overgrown with nettles. The way here deserves a small investment and regular maintenance. What about the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemia Region?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné místo, jediné co mne mrzí je hloupost některých návštěvníků. Nepořádek a odpadky v nejbližším okolí parkoviště a mohyly je vizitkou hlupáků.
Beautiful place, the only thing I'm sorry about is the stupidity of some visitors. Clutter and garbage in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot and the mound is the business card of fools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se o místo nikdo dlouhodobě řádně nestará.Přístupová cesta zarostlá, živý plot evidentně dlouho nestříhaný,tráva nekosená.Jediným positivem jsou čisté chemické WC s toaletním papírem.
Unfortunately, no one takes proper care of the place for a long time. The access road is overgrown, the hedge is obviously uncut for a long time, the grass is not mowed.
