Paní optička naprosto dokonale poradí jaký tvar obroučků vám bude sedět. Vřele doporučuji, vlastně do jiné optiky než do Pandy, už nemá cenu ani chodit:) Absolutely the best optics in terms of selection and approach. The individual approach is unrivaled. The optician will perfectly advise you on the shape of the rims that will fit you. I highly recommend, in fact to a different optics than Panda, it's no longer worth walking :)

Do optiky jezdíme z daleka, ale vůbec toho nelitujeme a vím že se nám to vyplatí (pokud není osobní návštěva nezbytně nutná, vše řešíme velice ochotně přes přepravní službu). Děkujeme:) I can only recommend the optics ... I have not experienced such a willingness and individual approach for a long time. The selection of children's glasses is very satisfactory. We go to the optics from afar, but we do not regret it at all and I know that it will pay off for us (unless a personal visit is absolutely necessary, we solve everything very willingly through the transport service). Thank you :)
J	J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovský rozdíl v chování slečny v optice mezi tím, kdy je a není přítomna i paní majitelka. Když je pod dozorem je příjemná, ochotná, i hadříček k brýlím přidala. Když je sama, tváří se, že ji zákazník obtěžuje, s ničím neporadí. Tvrdila, že v rok starých brýlích (zakoupené zde) nelze vyměnit čočky, protože by brýle praskly. Tak snad jsou ještě v záruce, to by praskat neměly a jestli ano, je to nekvalitní výrobek a neměli byste je prodávat. A huge difference in the young lady's behavior in optics between when the owner is and is not present. When she is under surveillance, she is pleasant, helpful, and even added a cloth to her glasses. When she is alone, she pretends that the customer is harassing her, she can't handle anything. She claimed that in one year old glasses (bought here) the lenses could not be replaced because the glasses would break. So maybe they are still under warranty, they shouldn't crack and if they do, it's a poor quality product and you shouldn't sell them.

As I loved my old glasses dearly, I contacted them through email. They offered to send the glasses in a parcel. It all went smoothly and I have received my glasses safely a few days later. The service and communication were excellent! Thank you again!
