Normally I don't write reviews, but I will make a big exception for this shop :) Trade is serious at 1 *! I ordered a mattress and on the day of ordering I was informed that they had a problem with the foam, that the delivery would be extended (approximately 3 weeks), whether I was willing to wait or they could offer me an alternative mattress. In the end, I chose an alternative mattress, which was recommended to me within 2 days and I must say that it is really a BOMB !!!! Although it was 1000 CZK more expensive, I am very excited. It is definitely worth taking advice. You are an amazing business with super employees who will do their best for the client to be satisfied :) I will recommend you wherever possible. I do not recommend We ordered a Super brand 180x200 bed. We have been seduced for months by the fact that the unfolded bed has been leading me to my apartment. Finally, after three months of despair since ordering, they talked me to the second mattress, which they told me was the same. When he arrived he was completely different from what we were used to and we ordered. We wanted to return it, only when buying it as a legal entity, we were first refused. Then they said that they would eventually exchange it for us and they did not call again. Unseriousness, unprofessionalism, misleading and deception and poor quality goods.

Absolutely appalling approach - the lady on the phone is always nice and helpful, but the deed escapes. Over a month of waiting, which I was notified of - I agreed and I didn't mind. However, the order arrived in parts - so please, can I wait for the delivery of the second part and pick up the entire order, which was confirmed to me. I call the store by phone several times, because the store itself will not know if they already have my complete order. A week before I need the order, I call again and I am suddenly told that the order is not complete again, because the mattress (which was the most important item for me and I emphasized this several times) was sold because it could not wait for me packed for functionality. However, no one has told me this information so far, although I have clearly reported that the mattress is really the most important item for me and I was promised to wait for me until the order is complete. The crown was set by the fact that at the branch in Prague, where I wanted the order, the lady claimed that the order from her was already ready, only there were no pillows. The second lady from Havířov apologized again that she would send everything to Prague for me, I would just have to wait for the mattress until the end of the week - a mess over a mess. When I wanted to find out from a lady in Prague if at least part of the order was physically there, she told me that yes, although the lady from Havířov called me twenty minutes later with the information that she would bring my order to Prague on Wednesday ... they agreed that on Friday the production will bring more pieces, from which the mattress I ordered will be sent immediately through the TopTrans service, so that I can pick up the complete order at the Prague branch on Monday, and promised to call me immediately on Friday morning. However, this was the only one that was complied with from the entire agreement in the end - a phone call with information that my ordered mattress unfortunately did not arrive. If the review seems confusing to you, it will be mainly because the whole situation was completely confusing. Each branch told me different information and some, such as the most important thing that the mattress can't wait to complete the order, was not communicated to me at all for sure, instead I was promised that the individual parts of the order would wait for each other so that there was no need to travel to the branch for each one part of an order of six pieces separately. All I can do is discourage me from trying to buy, if you need your order in its entirety and within a certain time. I can't judge the quality, I never got that far with the purchase ?.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!! Watch out for them! My wife and I bought a more expensive mattress, after a few uses the mattress has recesses, pits and is broken! The e-shop does not want to complain about the mattress and they have a very aggressive way of communication! If you want to save money and nerves, do not order from this e-shop.

BEWARE OF THIS E-SHOP! We bought a more expensive mattress through this e-shop, and we hoped that it would last us at least a few years. We only slept on the mattress a few times. since we were abroad most of the time. Despite occasional use, the mattress was damaged very quickly, is broken and pits, depressions and recesses cannot be slept on several parts. The mattress causes great back pain and health problems. As for the complaint, there is no chance that they will acknowledge it and they will not return the money for the goods at all. They are constantly twisting and reacting very aggressively via email. Unfortunately, we can take the expensive mattress to the dump, as it is a complete waste.
