★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skrin objednana cca pred dvema mesici (rijen). Objednano pres e-shop. Objednavka nepotvrzena, ani potvrzena. Komunikace nulova. Po trech dnech jsem volala ja do firmy, kde mi pouze bylo sdeleno, ze skrin neni skladem. Cca po dvou mesicich mi bylo volano, ze skrin je skladem, pokud ji jeste chci, ze mi bude dovezena za dva dny mezi 7:00 - 9:00. Na cez jsem kyvla. Vse uz probihalo jak pani na telefonu rekla (nicmene zadne potvrezni objednavky e-mailem, nic). Pouze dobre slovo pani na telefonu. Tak jsem cekala, vse bylo jak pani uvedla. Dopravce cas dodrzel a dal 10 minut pred dovezem skrine vedet sms, jak pani uvedla. Takze preprava bez problemu. Skrin kvalitni, bez zadnych problemu, bez poskozeni - davam palec hore. Nicmene pro me velice podivuhodna komunikace se zakaznikem - neduveryhodna. Jeste, ze jsem "duverivy" clovek. Takze vse vykoupeno skrini, ktera je perfektni a cena taky bezkonkurencni.
Cabinet ordered about two months ago (October). Ordered via e-shop. Order not confirmed or confirmed. Communication zero. After three days, I called the company where I was only told that the cabinets are not in stock. After about two months I was told that the cabinets are in stock if I still want it to be imported in two days between 7:00 - 9:00. I pivoted through. Everything took place as the lady on the phone said (but no confirmation orders by e-mail, nothing). Just good word Mrs. on the phone. So I expected everything was as the lady said. The carrier kept the time and gave the sms 10 minutes before the cabinet was imported, as she said. So transport without a problem. Housing quality, no problems, no damage - I give you a thumbs up. However, for me a very wonderful communication with the customer - untrustworthy. Still, I'm a "trust" man. So everything bought a closet that is perfect and the price also unbeatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakoupili jsme regály do dětského pokoje. Dodání trvalo docela dlouho, asi 4 týdny. Ale kvalita výborná, krásné dřevo, pevný a pěkný nábytek, cena velmi dobrá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Právě dodané zboží, souhlasím s recenzí níže, že pan řidič je tak arogantní, až mi za něj bylo hanba. To se to otvírá huba, když je doma ženská sama! Ať máte nábytek, jaký máte, u vás už si další věc nikdy neobjednám. Pán je zralý na léčení agrese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi agresivní řidič, který mi nábytek dovezl, na mě křičel poté, co jsem chtěla stůl donést před vchodové dveře domu. Řval po mně,že jsem si měla zaplatit vynášku a ať si pro stůl dojdu k autu. Objednala jsem těžší stůl z masivu a jako štíhlá žena nemám šanci toto donést k domu. Kdykoli mi jakýkoliv dopravce přiveze těžší věc, donese mi ji před vchodové dveře a opře o zeď domu. Je to jakási slušnost a pokaždé nechám i nějakou tu stovku navíc. Pánovi jsem řekla, že nejsem zvyklá, aby na mě dopravce řval a jelikož se choval agresivně, že zboží nepřeberu, protože se osobního kontaktu bojím. Přesto mi bušil do vchodových dveří více jak deset minut a odjel až poté, co jsem zavolala policii. Když jsem volala na prodejnu, abych si stěžovala na chování řidiče, zvažovala jsem, že si pro stůl pošlu svého dopravce na prodejnu, paní mi řekla, že jsem beztak stůl nechtěla přebrat. Ano, člověk, který přijede na devátou domů, vyjde z něj s peněženkou v ruce, opravdu o zboží nemá zájem... Zbytečně jste přišli o zákazníka a získali takovouto recenzi. Ač recenze nepíšu, nemám na to čas, tady jsem udělala výjimku..

I told the Lord that I was not used to the carrier yelling at me, and since he was aggressive, I would not accept the goods because I was afraid of personal contact. Still, he pounded on the front door for more than ten minutes and didn't leave until I called the police. When I called the store to complain about the driver's behavior, I considered sending my carrier to the store for a table, and the lady told me I didn't want to take over the table anyway. Yes, the person who comes to the ninth home comes out with a wallet in his hand, he really is not interested in the goods ... You have lost a customer unnecessarily and got such a review. Although I don't write reviews, I don't have time for that, I made an exception here ..
