★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špinavý obchod, kde mají přeházené cenovky, zboží není doplněno, prodavačky se tam spolu vykecávají a zákazníky snad ani neregistrují (s vyjímkou jedné starší paní, která tam snad jediná dělala svou práci), uprostřed dne se tam přede všemi otevírali velke krabice se zbožím - prostě hrůza, rychle by s tím něco měli provést. Na Douglas to byla ostuda
 The dirty shop, where the price tags are overloaded, the goods are not added, the shopwives talk to each other there and perhaps do not register their customers (with the exception of one older lady who was the only one who did her job), big boxes of goods opened in front of everyone - just horrible, they should do something about it quickly. It was a shame on Douglas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na přání zákazníka věrnostní kartu odmítly založit, důvodem posloužila neochota načíst do systému jeden kus produktu. Never more, konkurence má kvalitnější zákaznický servis!
They refused to set up a loyalty card at the customer's request, the reason being the reluctance to load one piece of product into the system. Never more, the competition has better customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bylo mi nepříjemné pronásledování od obou prodavaček, chápu že dost často se obchodech tohoto tipu krade a ač nejsem zloděj příjemně mi zde rozhodně nebylo.
I was uncomfortable chasing from both saleswomen, I understand that quite often the shops of this tip are stolen, and although I'm not a thief, I was definitely not here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend bought a Shiseido foundation. Brought it back to the hotel and opened the box. It was already foundation on the top of the lid. We went back the next day to get a new one. It was of course something wrong with the lid. But at the store they told us that they had to send back the product for reclamation and it would take 2 month. What the f? What about service and just give her a new one and make the return and so for their own. But we was told it is how they practice things like this in Prague by law. Is it really true? For me this is only BAD customer service. Never buy anything there. You wont get a new product if something is wrong with it.
