★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RUDE STAFF. Woman in her 50's with short brown hair was extremely rude to me when I was trying on a tester of face cream on the shelf. The face cream had a label on saying "TESTER" yet I was spoken to extremely rudely by her not to use it. There were no signs telling people not to use testers. Will not spend my money in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why there is no option of 0.5 star… I am a lazy person and seldom leave comments if there is nothing extremely bad. But today, they disappointed me. It is ok to tell me that there is no option of trying the lipstick, I understand that. But I just try to explain actually for this kind of products, it is hard to make the purchase decisions if you didn’t try it on. And the women who is like 35+ yo start to raise voice (shout) on me, telling me to speak to czech government, she was telling, go to ask our czech government. ?? which is, very ridiculous for me. I was not intended to create fight, but why the women possess so much hate, esp. towards Czech government! Haha … btw, not just this, when the time I step into the stores, 3-4 salers keep following me and bother me, when I already emphasize I would prefer to check it my myself. They just keep bothered me I have the feeling of intervening into their home. ? some products are in sales, but I think, as a sale products driven person, I won’t even consider it again.

I asked her if I try on the make up so I know if it matches my skintone … all she did was to tell me, in a very rude way, that it is not allowed. Instead of offering me further help With my selection of makeup, she Turne D her back to me and ignored me. I was seriously interested in buying something but after this experience I rather walked away and went to Sephora. Ive noticed that I am not the only one with similar experience. She is seriously losing u customers …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a perfume there, about an hour later I realized that one of the employees put the wrong item in the bag, so I came back to exchange it. They did not have the perfume I wanted in stock, so I asked for a return, which was not possible. They just told me "We don't do returns, just store credit", so I had to walk to another Douglas store, that had the item I wanted in stock. Terrible service, I lost all my trust in Douglas, because of the "No-return-policy", that I have never heard of in any other country I visited. What a shame...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ going to Douglas to browse through the available products has become a real hassle, there is always someone watching everything you do. went once and 4 different ladies came to ask if I need hell, and then the last Ken came a 3nd time... I hadn't even moved from one perfume stand. this is not normal and extremely annoying.
please stop this, it's making people not want to even enter the store. if we need help we can ask for it.
