Důvodem dlouhého čekání podle paní na infolince bylo to, ze neměli skladem dárek který oni dávaly zdarma - o který já jsem nestala, říkám OK- zkusím ještě jednou a opět je to paty den od objednání . Takže už nikdy více - hlavně ze píšou na stránkách doručení do druhého dne. Hnus Never again - the first order was delivered after 14 days, no one responded to the e-mail, to the soc. Dále nás nařkla, že jsme požili alkoholické nápoje přitom jenom tahle plesnivá paní vypadala na požití alkoholického nápoje. Dále nás z prodejny vyhnala se slovy, že jsme jak malé děti, potom co jsme se pousmáli nad jejím úsudkem. No a kapkou k smrti bylo že pronesla že na nás je to moc drahé. Chtěl bych všechny varovat, kdo nechce mít zkažené Vánoce ať se tomuhle obchodu a hlavně této nebezpečně plesnivé paní vyhne. Děkuji za pozornost, přeji hezké Vánoce bez této fazole. Mgr. Vyzkoušel jsem si pouze okolo deseti vůní, navíc zrovna v prodejně Douglas, která má být parfumerií. Vybral jsem si raději jinde. P	Petra Urbánková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čerstvá zkušenost ze Dnů Marianne: vešla jsem do prodejny cca 15 min před zavíračkou (netušila jsem, že v neděli mají do 20 hod). Chtěla jsem pomoci vybrat co nejpodobnější odstín rtěnky, kterou mám od značky, kterou Douglas bohužel nemá v portfoliu a která byla stejně limitovaná kolekce. V ten moment vešly dvě jiné slečny a chtěly něco od Bobby Brown - prodavačka se okamžitě ke mně otočila zády a šla pomáhat jim. Asi méně náročný dotaz nebo co. 19:50 začal sekuriťák zatahovat skleněné dveře. Šla jsem hledat ke stojanu MAC a sama jsem si našla alternativu k té původní rtěnce. Natáhla jsem se k zrcadlu setřít si tamponkem barvy z ruky a v ten moment na mě sekuriťák nepříjemně vyjel jestli vím, že zavírají. Bylo 19:54. Řekla jsem, že čekám na slečnu prodavačku a on na mě, "že tam má lidi". V ten moment jsem se už fakt naštvala, rtěnku vrátila a odešla. Chtělo by to fakt trochu taktu od personálu, aby se nakupující necítili jako obtěžující hmyz.
