If I could I wouldn't give one *. Lady at the store completely bored with life, I felt like I was bothering them with my questions, very arrogant and reluctant behavior. He will never come here again. I don't understand why the company employs someone like that ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad service here and in vaclavs dquare too :( They are telling you immediately that noone speaks English and trying to get rid off you, asap. I was showing the product im looking for on my phone, with disgust on face they tell you they don't have it! Then I show it that its from the douglas webstore and they say, yeah they only have it webstore, so they cant help me. Why employing soo many shop assistant if noone is ok to help customers? Also would be useful maybe to write on website If some product is not sold in the local shops

Something really upsetting happened to me there. Will never ever give my money to Douglas Czech Republic anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service - 5 employees were busy having fun instead of noticing that I need help. When I finally went to "disturb" them, first person was so badly trained that she didn't seem to ever hear one of the popular fashion & parfume designer. Never going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought Parfum there. The price tags were badly organized, so I tried to figure out the right one. In the end I paid more then was on the tag. After complaining they checked it and found that the wrong tag was placed.
They offered me the price difference,which I refused (it was only 2,50€). I only wanted to point out that they have a mess.in the end, the tags themselves are not really clear, which is the mistake of the company.
The reaction of the staff was not friendly and nervous. I told them that they have enough people there to check it. She answered that they don't. I counted over 11 people and some of them were looking to do something. So a typical case of bad organising!
I understand it's a stressful period (Christmas), but this should not influence their "friendlyness".
In the end an apology and maybe a little sample would all what I expected.
Next time other shop...
