Když jsme mu zavolali tak slíbil zaslát SMS s novým termínem, ale nedočkali jsme se žádné reakce. Zaslali jsme mu SMS s otázkou ma-li zajem o zakázku, ale znovu jsme nedostali žádnou odpověď. Byli jsme velmi zklamaní Mr. Veselý did not come to the arranged visit. He did not point it out and did not consider it appropriate to apologize. When we called him so he promised to send an SMS with a new term, but we didn't get any reaction. We sent him an SMS asking him if he was interested in the contract, but we didn't get any answer again. We were very disappointed

Pan Veselý přijel na první schůzku (obhlédnutí parket) o 20 min později bez omluvy. Domluvili jsme se na zaslání kalkulace. Pak už následoval jen maraton urgování z mé strany. Několik telefonátů a zpráv bez odpovědí (iMessage zprávy byly přečteny!). Velmi neprofesionální jednání. Nedoporučuji. According to other reviews, the service is likely to be great if you manage to contact the company. Mr. Veselý arrived for the first meeting (seeing the parquet) 20 minutes later without apology. We agreed to send a calculation. Then there was only a urgency marathon on my side. Several calls and unanswered messages (iMessage messages have been read!). Very unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend.

Na první schůzce pan Veselý sestavil cenovou kalkulaci a domluvili jsme termín - obojí dodržel a parkety vypadají výborně. Jednání všech z firmy slušné a příjemné, domluva jasná. Doporučuji! We commissioned the renovation and installation of parquet. At the first meeting, Mr. Veselý compiled a price calculation and we agreed on a date - both were met and the floors look great. The actions of all from the company decent and pleasant, the agreement clear. I recommend!
