★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato plocha je ve velice špatném stavu, využívají ji auta (i déle odstavená). Pro lidi, kteří chodí od sídliště je to až absurdní, povrch je ve velmi špatném stavu, jsou v něm někdy hluboké díry a na kraji je místo, kde jsou ostaveny vraky na trávě, resp. na tom, co tam z ní zbylo. Ve "vjezdu" jsou vyskládané kusy původního povrchu. Snad toto místo město opraví při slibováné rekonstrukci ulice Malešická a udělá zde místo, kde budou moci parkovat auta a zároveň chodit lidí a bude to alespoň trochu reprezentativní.
