★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to this local supermarket I struggled with the automated cash as the code on package I wanted to buy wasn't readable and cash was not able to read it. Next to cash was standing a security staff member eating his bread. I asked him politely who can help me with the issue. I was surprised by his reaction as he told 'Go away from me! I will not help you' and turned his back towards me continuing eating his bread. Subsequently I contacted Penny head office and informed about the rude performance of that staff. I stressed I'm aware that security is not staff doing sales but that I believe that it still should stick with some basic rules how to behave. After few days I received answer from Penny head office (Ms.Hangurova). She mentioned that as this behaviour is not associated with sales person everything is all right in harmony with local standards. Unlike Ms. Hungerova from Penny headquarters I believe that rudeness is not 'standard' behaviour anywhere even for security staff.
