★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pašinka se puvodně nazývala jménem Pašiněves. První zmínka o obci je roku 1319. V té dobe byly v Pašiněvsi dva statky vladycké. Jeden zvaný dolejší, při něm byla tvrz s veží, která zůstala dochována do současnosti, a druhý hořejší nad údolím potoka. V průběhu husitských válek ves úplně zanikla. Dnes tu žije kolem 350 obyvatel. V blízkém údolí potoka Polepka u Kohoutova mlýna najdete 18 metrů vysokou skálu "U Pašinky". V rovinatém Polabí je často využívána jako horolezecký cvičný terén a v současnosti se všude kolem nalézá asi 40 značených cest.
Pašinka village was originally called Pašiněves. The first mention of the village is from 1319. At that time two rulers' estates were here. One called the lower, at which was a fortress with a tower that has been preserved to the present day, and the second - upper one - above the creek valley. During the Hussite wars the village completely disappeared. Today about 350 inhabitants live here. In the nearby valley of the Polepka brook at Kohoutův mill you can enjoy the 18-meter-high rock, called "U Pašinky". It is often used as a mountaineering training terrain, uncommon in the flat Elbe and currently there are about 40 marked paths there.
