Chlebíčky byly čerstvé, veka chutná, obloha velmi chudá v poměru k ceně. Škoda. The candy looks pretty good, but the taste for all of us was below average, more species ordered to celebrate. The sandwiches were fresh, the lid tasty, the garnish very poor in relation to the price. Damage.

Ano, zákusky nepatří mezi nejlevnější, dalo by se leccos namítnout ohledně podobnosti možná zbytečné sladkosti některých dortíků, ale i tak to patří mmezi nejlepší místa na dezert a kávu, které v Hradci Králové navštívit. Slušná káva, většinou bohatý výběr dezertů, a v létě naprosto top zmrzlina. Obsluha vždy ochotná a usměvavá. I visited the patisserie on the weekend, as I had countless times before. Yes, desserts are not among the cheapest, one could argue about the similarity of perhaps unnecessary sweets of some cakes, but even so, it is one of the best places for dessert and coffee to visit in Hradec Králové. Decent coffee, mostly a rich selection of desserts, and in summer absolutely top ice cream. The staff is always helpful and smiling.
O	Ondřej Procházka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé zákusky i domácí zmrzlina za asi nejvyšší ceny v republice. Měli Jsme dvakrát nedaleko úspěšně obchodní jednání, tak jsme vzali odtud zákusky na oslavu. Neměly chybu, ale za běžných okolností bychom si zákusky mezi 55 a 85 Kč dovolit nemohli.

Kromě výborné kávy se nám líbily naprosto skvostné zákusky které jsou sice trochu dražší ale na druhou stranu luxusně ozdobené. Ocenili jsme i komentář k jednotlivým zákuskům od cukrářky protože výběr byl opravdu velký a nevěděli jsme, co si dát :-))) Při odchodu jsme ochutnaly i zmrzlinu která byla výborná. Prostředí moderní, čistý a možnost si přečíst zajímavé knihy, obsluha ochotná a usměvavá takže dávám pět hěvzdiček za celu rodinu Karolových, děkujeme. :-))) On Saturday, my family and I took a trip to Hradec and on this occasion we also visited this patisserie. In addition to excellent coffee, we liked absolutely gorgeous desserts which are a bit more expensive but on the other hand luxuriously decorated. We also appreciated the commentary on individual desserts from the confectioner because the selection was really large and we did not know what to have :-))) When we left, we also tasted ice cream which was excellent. The environment is modern, clean and the opportunity to read interesting books, the staff is helpful and smiling, so I give five stars for the whole Karol family, thank you. :-)))
J	Jan Sklenář on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukrárnu Libuši jsem navštívil několikrát. Velmi se mi líbí prostředí a moderní interiér. Bohužel při poslední návštěvě mě nemile překvapilo jednání prodavaček. Podle chování jedna vypadala jako majitelka. Nepříjemná již od otevření dveří, bez úsměvu či ochoty. K ruce ji byla mladá slečna, kterou jsem zde v minulosti už viděl a nikdy s ní neměl problém, ale tentokrát měla asi špatný den a "škaredila"se na mě. No nevím, rád bych se držel přísloví “Náš zákazník, náš pán”. Co se zákusků týče…některé jsou zbytečně předražené a sladké. V týdnu zákusky vypadají jinak ,než o víkendu. Za tu cenu by mne i v týdnu potěšilo hezčí a bohatší zdobení jako tomu je o víkendu. Tuto cukrárnu mám rád a kvůli jedné špatné zkušenosti bych ji nerad zavrhnul. Snad se to zlepší a budu moci napsat recenzi s plným počtem hvězdiček. I visited the Libuš confectionery several times. I really like the environment and the modern interior. Unfortunately, during the last visit, I was not pleasantly surprised by the saleswoman's actions. According to the behavior, one looked like the owner. Unpleasant from the opening of the door, without a smile or willingness. At her hands was a young lady I had seen here in the past and had never had a problem with her, but this time she probably had a bad day and "ugly" looked at me. Well, I don't know, I'd like to stick to the saying "Our customer, our master". When it comes to desserts, some are unnecessarily overpriced and sweet. During the week, desserts look different than on the weekend. For that price, I would enjoy a nicer and richer decoration even during the week, as is the case at the weekend. I like this patisserie and I wouldn't want to reject it because of one bad experience. Hopefully it will improve and I will be able to write a review with the full number of stars.
P	Petr Praslička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišli jsme do kavárny, kde byly asi 3 neuklizené stoly, slečna nás viděla přicházet, ale po 15 minutách čekaní obsluha nikde. U stolu nebyl lísteček, že si máme objednat na baru, ani při příchodu nám slečna nic neřekla. Pěkný interiér nenahradí špatnou obsluhu. Děkuji za zkušenost, ať je příští návštěva jiných zákazníků příjemnější. We came to the cafe, where there were about 3 untidy tables, the young lady saw us coming, but after 15 minutes of waiting, the staff was nowhere to be seen. There was no note at the table that we had to order at the bar, and the young lady didn't tell us anything when she arrived. Nice interior will not replace poor service. Thank you for the experience, make the next visit of other customers more pleasant.

The interior is very well designed with high quality furniture and lots of nice lights and decorations. They have a huge selection of cakes and desserts, starting from cheaper classics such as "trubička" to more expensive fancy cakes. They also make their own ice cream and it is delicious. The best pastry shop in Hradec in my view.
