Chtěla jsem vrátit zboží v zákonné lhůtě, načež si balík nebyli schopní převzít i přes upozornění že dojde, vrátil se mi poslala jsem tedy zboží znovu, a co neudělali? Zboží škrábli a odmítli mně vrátit peníze!!! Já si zboží pouze vyzkoušela, vím že bylo v pořádku!!! Toto jsem nikdy u žádného eshopu nezažila, komunikace otřesná, co si dovolili, přilba mi zůstala a s velkou ztrátou jsem ji musela prodat a peníze za poštovné jsem ztratila. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!!!
This company has never been !!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to return the goods within the legal time limit, after which the package was not able to take over despite the warning that it would happen, returned to me then sent the goods again and what did not they do? Goods scratched and refused to refund me !!! I just tried the goods, I know it was OK !!! I have never experienced this at any eshop, the awkward communication they've allowed, the helmet I've stayed with, and with great loss I have had to sell it and the money for postage I lost. I definitely do not recommend !!!!!
