P	Pavel Skořepa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pátek 2.11. Jsem zde večer koupil nabíječ EV-peak C3 s tím že jsem měl parametry nastudované z eshopu kde se mimo jiné psalo že je vybaven aktivním chlazením. Na obchod jsem šel tedy s tím že vím co chci. Na prodejně už jsem moc nabiječ nezkoumal jen jsem se zeptal obsluhy na názor, co to má za kabely v balení zaplatil a odešel. Doma jsem pak zjistil že nabíječ sice má otvor na aktivní chlazení ale není tam. Druhý den jdu na prodejnu s tím že mají na stránkách v popisu chybu a chci zboží vrátit. Personál po té co otevře další 3 balení a zjišťuje že ani jeden nabíječ aktiv. nemá odvětil že pokud jinak funguje tak to ničemu nevadí a peníze nevrátí: "protože nemám nárok vrátit bez udání důvodu když jsem koupil na prodejně ". Po 5 min dohadování že důvod zde je (chyba v popisu zboží) a telefonátu nadřízenému nakonec peníze vrátil. Nechápu že místo omluvy že mají chybu v popisu zboží a vyhovění ve vrácení zboží má personál ještě drzost se hádat o tom zda mohu zboží vrátit.. On Friday 2.11. I bought an EV-peak C3 charger here in the evening, with the proviso that I had the parameters studied from the e-shop where, among other things, it was written that it is equipped with active cooling. So I went to the store knowing what I wanted. I didn't examine the charger much in the store, I just asked the staff for an opinion on what the payers for the cables in the package had paid for and left. At home, I found out that the charger has an opening for active cooling, but it is not there. The next day I go to the store with the proviso that they have an error in the description and I want to return the goods. Staff after opening another 3 packs and find that not a single asset charger. he has not replied that if it works otherwise it does not matter and the money will not be returned: "because I am not entitled to return without giving a reason when I bought the store". After 5 minutes of arguing that the reason is there (an error in the description of the goods) and a phone call to his superior, he finally returned the money. I do not understand that instead of apologizing for having an error in the description of the goods and compliance in the return of goods, the staff still has the audacity to argue about whether I can return the goods.

Great deal, nice young guy, the lady in the center was pretty springy. Here you can see the models yourself on the shelf, you don't have to ask for every model.
