Žiaľ, všetky predajne na Slovensku ho využívajú ako hlavného dodávateľa, takže s tým zrejme nič nejde robiť. Accessing the customer and solving any problems or complaints is terrible. Unfortunately, all stores in Slovakia use it as a major supplier, so apparently nothing can be done about it.
R	Radek Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice NEOCHOTNÝ servis. Podává nepravdivé informace ohledně reklamací. Zakoupili jsme si dron u společnosti Electroworld, který jsme reklamovali vzhledem k výrobní vadě baterie (byla nafouknutá). Servis nám zaslal velice arogantní e-mail a reklamaci zamítl s tím, že baterie je podvybitá, což je nesmysl. V prodejně EW jsme dron ani nepřevzali a požadovali opětovné zaslání do servisu, protože se stanoviskem nesouhlasíme. E-mail, který od servisu následoval mě velice pobouřil. Servis nám napsal, že v předchozí reklamaci vyměnil baterii za novou a my ji opět zničili. Což je nepravdivá informace, ze strany servisu, protože reklamaci ZAMÍTL!!! Po třetím upozornění servisu se tedy rozhodl, že nám baterii vymění za novou. Nakonec jsme se bohužel tohoto stanoviska od servisu nedočkali a novou baterii nám zaplatil sám EW. Tento vstřícný krok Electroworldu oceňujeme. Tomu to servisu se vyhýbat obloukem!! Very reluctant service. It gives false information about complaints. We bought a drone from Electroworld, which we complained about the manufacturing defect of the battery (it was inflated). The service sent us a very arrogant e-mail and rejected the claim that the battery is undercharged, which is nonsense. At the EW store, we did not even take over the drone and demanded that it be sent back to the service because we disagree. The e-mail that followed the service was very upsetting. Service told us that in the previous complaint he replaced the battery with a new one and we destroyed it again. Which is false information from the service, because the claim REJECTED !!! So after the third service announcement, he decided to replace the battery with a new one. In the end, unfortunately, we did not receive this opinion from the service and the new battery was paid by EW himself. We appreciate this helpful step of Electroworld. Avoid this service with an arch !!

Ušetřete si čas, peníze a raději nakupujte jinde. Zbytečně vyhozené peníze... Shaken product processing quality. Arrogant and reluctant service. R	Richard Czeizel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdybych mohl tak jim nedám ani jednu hvězdičku. Při zakoupení Dronu Mavic Mini Combo přes Mall byla jedna baterie ze tří vadná. Asi po pěti vteřinách nabíjení se přestala nabíjet a nabíječka signalizovala závadu nabíjení. Tato závada se děla pořád, byla předvedena i předání do reklamace.Bohužel Mall posílá výrobky na reklamaci právě sem. Pan Filip Seifert, který reklamaci vyřizoval nejspíš nevěnoval reklamaci ani těch pět sekund na ověření reklamace. Baterie se tak vrátila z reklamace jako neuznaná s odůvodněním, že se závada neprojevila. Navíc se mi baterie vrátila z reklamace s prasklým obalem a i ktomu se firma postavila pozoruhodně, když mi po opětovné reklamaci navrhla , že si mohu koupit novou baterii se slevou a to prý v rámci dobrých vztahů. Velice neseriózní jednání, obchod absolutně nedoporučuji If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star. In addition, the battery came back to me from the complaint with a cracked packaging, and the company also stood out to it remarkably when it suggested to me after another complaint that I could buy a new battery at a discount, supposedly within the framework of good relations.
