★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od Genesis si přes Penguin box nechávám doručovat asi dva roky. Vždy bylo vše v pořádku, i když to trvalo i pár týdnů. V poslední době se mi už 3x stalo, že box se po zadání pinu prostě neotevřel, nebo byl zcela vybitý. Po upozornění emailem a konzultaci na lince pomoci se nic nemění. Čekám.
Mám na cestě už pár týdnů 3 balíčky, 2 v boxu, který se neotvírá a třetí nevím kde.
Jestli se někdy ke svým zásilkám dostanu, už si nikdy nenechám nic poslat přes Penguin box. Vůbec nechápu, jak může doručovací služba tímto způsobem fungovat! Zákonitě musí zkrachovat!
 I have a Genuin box delivered to me for about two years. Everything was always fine, even if it took a few weeks. Recently, it has happened to me 3 times that the box simply did not open after entering the pin, or it was completely discharged. After an email notification and a consultation on the helpline, nothing changes. I'm waiting.
I have been on the road for 3 weeks now, 3 packages, 2 in the box that does not open and the third I do not know where.
If I ever get to my shipments, I'll never have anything sent through the Penguin box again. I have no idea how the delivery service can work this way! It is bound to fail!
