★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close cash desk 2 in front of my nose and send me to cash desk 1. There is a time consuming problem. After 3 minutes waiting, the cash desk 2 opens again but they do not say any word to me or other waiting customers. The service in this Penny market is lousy and unfriendly! The staff doesn't speak any word English or German, although Penny is a German discounter chain in 6 countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude security staff. It is our first time in Prague and it was a horrible experience of a supermarket here in Prague. We would like to buy something, but the queue in the cashier was so long so we did not bother to wait. When we are leaving, the security guy shouted to us in Czech, we do not have any clue what is he talking about but we can understand in his gesture stretching his hands and blocking us that we cannot pass in that door, he is shouting and very aggressive. We replied to him in English, saying , HE IS VERY RUDE! This tall and bald man is a horrible example of a non educated human being who does not have any manner. No matter what language you speak, you cannot treat people like that. We could have easily responded with apology since we do not know but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and horrible.
