hello, November 28, 2021 around 12:00 we were very disappointed with the service of this store Penny a tachov, by the seller at the checkout and also by the manager who was dishonest and aggressive, we gave 50 euro to pay and the seller was going to give us in Czech currency, we asked him politely that we prefer in euro and as this was not possible for the seller ( what we still do not understand because it would be enough to cancel the transaction and make us pay by card simply, all the stores can do so why not the Penny store? ) we asked him to pay by card, but the seller did not want, then he called his manager, we explained to him that we wanted to pay by card since it was not possible to receive in euros and the manager spoke to us aggressively and told us no, we don’t understand why they didn’t just return our 50 euros when we had just given them in hand so that we could pay with the card! It’s just bad liver! The seller was going to do it eventually but the manager forbade him and told him no, to make no problem I preferred to take the Czech currency but simply it’s because of nobody like that that that it does not give a good image to the country! I was with my two brothers and fortunately I calmed things down otherwise it could have ended badly, It’s just sad and shameful that finally I’m the client who had to calm things down! What does the manager of this store really do? He’s from Switzerland and it gave us a bad image of the country with this kind of person. We will never come to this store again when we come back here to the regions. Penny tachov very bad staff and shameful, I do not advise the tourist because there do not know how to receive people in this store!
