A very bad and unpleasant experience , we had a rezervation and we called to announce that we are late (we had to drive 5 hours to Prague) and they said that they close the reception at 8 o'clock (20:00) and they can't do anything , to come the next day for check in. So we had to search another place to stay that night and in the morning we came for the check in ( at 10 o'clock) and the lady that was there said that she can't acomodate us and make the check in only at 3 o'clock ( because that is their check in time 3 to 8,which is very weird for a pension ) , we tried to call the manager because we had the room rezerved from yesterday but couldn't manage to be on time... So we came back at 3 o'clock only to find out that our room is not empty and is not ours anymore , that the rezervation is cancelled !!! We didn't made such a thing , we had 2 children (6 months and 2 year old) with us so we really wanted to stay there. The manager didn't bothered to even come there on the scene , we spoke on the phone only (very hard to reach) where she said she doesn't care , because we didn't come on time (thing we explain why) and that booking.com cancelled our rezervation ( a big lie because we called client services from Booking.com and they understood our situation and tried themself to call the manager without a reach !! ) . And she doesn't want to refund our money as well ... When we didn't even see our room and didn't step foot in it. So the worst possible experience with Pension 15 Hòmer!!!

According to the price, the place was okay. The bathroom was out of the room and not very very clean. The room was fine, but maybe you'll need to ask for some fresh bedsheets and bath towels. The person at the reception was friendly and understanding. The place does not have an elevator so you need to take the stairs, (it's maximum 4 floors).

The only thing good and worth 2stars is the location (my friends live a block away and we wanted to stay close by). Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place. The room is shabby, furniture basic and the walls so thin. There was a very noisy family next door, seemingly living there for a longer time as they were receiving mail there. A kid screaming, mum yelling and a dog barking…The room was not ready when we arrived (shortly before 3pm). However, the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Horrible hotel, cancelled my reservation when i was on my way without iforming me beforehead. Fraudes that just want to steal your money. I do not recommened to anyone.

They cancelled my reservation and they want me to be charged for it. Simple fraud. Do not reccomend. I will take it to the customer court.

My dear dudes, I gave you one star, because zero stars wasn’t even an option. Right now I am sitting at your lobby, after 4 hours of waiting for your very professional manager to solve our problem which she is unable to solve, or most likely just doesn’t want to. We booked via Booking, we got confirmation, we also got confirmation from the place itself. They requested our personal data for check in. It all looked like we’re are welcome there. Though when we came, our booking suddenly “disappeared” in their system. And we’re still not even close to the solution of it.

This was one of the worst experiences. We booked an entire apartment for 5 people with private bathroom through booking.com and received a confirmation email both from booking and the hostel. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available. After waiting for 3,5h they offered us only 1 night without a plan for the next day. When we spoke to the hotel manager she was screaming for 10 minutes saying how she doesn't want to pay the fine and she tried pressuring us into accepting this offer. When we tried to book anything else, unfortunately the prices for the same day were 6x more expensive. Extremely rude.
