If you are a tourist, I definetly don't recommend you that place. They leave us on the street after we pay for the room. What was the problem? we had to leave the room a little bit earlier than 8 am, because we needed to take a train to go back home. We spoke with the receptionist, we tried to find a solution like leave the key in a postbox, inside the room whatever, because they haven't got receptionist until 8. I have been in other campus and places with similar rules, and they said that we put the key in a postbox ... Nevertherless the receptionist react in a really bad way. She take the key from us, and started to yell saying "it's not possible" "it's not possible". And kick us out. So, we found ourselves alone on the street at 8.30 pm, without a place to sleep, after we paid that one. Unbelievable ... She is a heartless person. It's sad that so beauty city have so awful citiziens. They live thanks to the tourist, but they don't like tourist ... unbelievable If you are a tourist, FOR NO RECOMMENDATION THIS PLACE, WE WERE LEFT IN THE STREET. We had to leave the room a little before 8 in the morning, because we needed to catch a train to go home. And they didn't leave us. We proposed to leave it inside the room, or in a mailbox as we have done on other occasions on other university campuses and there have been no problems. However, the receptionist went wild, took the keys from our hands, and started yelling at us that it was not possible. And he threw us out into the street. So we saw each other at 20:30 on the street with no place to sleep, after having already paid for that accommodation. SHAMEFUL. I WISH NOBODY WAS ANY MORE, BECAUSE THEY TREATED US GIVEN US ... A PENALTY THAT IN A SO BEAUTIFUL CITY THERE ARE SO LITTLE RESPECTFUL PEOPLE
