Very friendly staff, rooms were a bit warm, but the staff offered extra cooling supplies for the appartment. Also very nice breakfast.

Nice and clean rooms(the rooms are cleaned every day). Very nice people at the receiption, that gave us a lot of tips. The pension is in the upper floor an belongs to the pizzeria corto. If you have a room there you get 10% discount in the pizzeria. It's located in the center of prague, sou can reach everything by foot (charles bridge 10min, ...)

Warning Reception is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator therefore you will need to carry your belongings up the stairs (1 long spiral stair case with uneven stairs to reception) and then how many additional stairs to your assigned room on the various floors. I would not recommend this place for people with disabilities who are unable to climb stairs. My immediate group (3 in total) were traveling from America and I had 3 very large suitcases each weight about 30 pounds plus 4 other bags from the plane to carry up as my companions were disabled and cannot climb stairs and carry things at the same time. We were meeting 2 other groups that we were traveling with here at this hotel. They both stayed one more night here than my group as we had a very early flight out so we checked out and went to the airport. Unfortunately for the one person in the group who had been staying by themselves had her room broken into and most of her items stolen on the last night (the day of my check out). She had told me that when she and the other group were checking in that these 2 men (one supposedly the owner as reported later by staff) helped her carry her things to her room. She went out for dinner and then upon return found everything was gone. She locked her door and had her key and passport with her and states that she locked her room and checked it twice before she left. She informed the hotel who called the police who came and took the report. She reported to me that the staff did not seem concerned nor the police who said she probably just did not lock her door properly. She ended up moving into and staying the night in the other groups room who moved things in front of the door so they would feel safe. With that said I personally did not have any issues during my stay there. The room was clean but my group was surprised to see that there was no cabinet or draws to place our clothes in and we had to live out of our suitcases lined against the wall. The room was warm for sleeping at night even with the air off and the window open. We were located in the room right by reception so we could hear every conversation crystal clear in our room as people checked in or employees chatted late at night. The bathroom is small and tight but has no issues with it. The TV had Netflix available and there is secure WiFi as well. If you have any early morning tours I would pass on taking the breakfast option. The breakfast starts at 8 and goes until 10:30. We only got to use it one day and the food was good however you only get 1 coffee or tea with it. If you want a refill on your tea or coffee you will need to pay extra for it. The location of the hotel is also a big plus with it being close to many of the attractions. Given what happened to my companion I would not personally stay there nor would it be my first choice in recommendation to people until I have told them what happened to my friend as well. So now you have both the good and the bad and can chose for yourself.

A great place to stay in Prague. Located in the middle of the old town of Prague the location is excellent, gorgeous rooms, quiet, very nice owners. The transfer to the pension from the airport and back booked directly at the pension was very convenient and a great help. I can highly recommend the place! Thank you very much for the great experience!

The hotel is located in the centre of Prague and very close to the Karlsbridge and the famous astronomic clock. The entrance is a bit hidden beside the pizza restaurant with the same name. The staff was friendly, the room clean and rather modern decorated. Showers and toilets seemed new. The price was totally justified. Only minus was the smell that sometimes came from the shower. Otherwise I would recommend staying here.

Personally, i was extremely dissapointed with the room. Wasnt expecting much in terms of size and cleanliness. But seeing that much dust and dirt all over the place (in such tiny rooms) was almost disgusting. I cancelled the room the same evening and did not stay for the night. + Very nice and polite staff + Restaurant right under the pension - Mold in the bathroom - The rooms are no where nearly clean once you look under the bad or sofa - paint stains on the floor and walls - Photos of the rooms look way better than the actual conditions - Hair on the bed
