If you are looking for a guest house in KV, this is the right address; good address good bed, good social, good breakfast. Nothing else to say!
D	De Nanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer und deren Schränke sind geräumig und sauber. Kleiner Balkon vorhanden. 1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett im separaten Raum und 2 Einzelbetten ebenfalls separat. 1ne Sitzecke für Spiele und Co. 3. OG. Bad io aber sehr wenig bis kein Stauraum. Es fehlen Boards oder kleine Schränke. Daher den 1nen Stern Abzug. Der Standort ist gut aber keinerlei Parkplätze in der Nähe. 250-500m stehen nur öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung welche auch recht teuer sind. Sehr schade. Sparkasse, Shopping Möglichkeiten wie Bars und Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Leider werden wir dieses Objekt durch oben genanntes Fehlen von P und Stauraum im Bad nicht mehr buchen. Für 3 Nächte völlig ausreichend. The rooms and their closets are spacious and clean. Small balcony available. 1 double bed, 1 single bed in a separate room and 2 single beds also separately. 1ne seating area for games and Co. 3rd floor Bad io but very little to no storage space. Boards or small cabinets are missing. Hence the 1 star deduction. The location is good but there is no parking nearby. 250-500m there are only public parking spaces available which are also quite expensive. Too bad. Sparkasse, shopping opportunities such as bars and restaurants within walking distance. Unfortunately, we will no longer book this property due to the above-mentioned lack of P and storage space in the bathroom. For 3 nights completely sufficient.

Hned jsem měla chuť se zavrtat. :) Na snídani bych ocenila o chlup více zeleniny, ale jinak nemám co vytknout. Great location, nice rooms and most importantly incredibly fine bed linen. I immediately wanted to burrow. :) At breakfast I would appreciate a hair more vegetables, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.
G	G. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon vor der Ankunft wurde mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen und die Ankunftszeit abgeklärt. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer wurde mir gezeigt, der Koffer rauf getragen und ein Stadtplan gab es auch. Der Frühstücksraum ist die obere Etage der Pizzeria Roma. Das Büfett ist lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist immer anwesend, so können kleine Wünsche sofort erfüllt werden. Die Pension befindet sich unweit vom Bahnhof und gleich zu Beginn der Ladenstraße, welche dann in die Kurpromenade übergeht. Ich fand es hier sehr schön und komme gerne wieder ?!! I was contacted before arrival and the arrival time was clarified. The reception was warm, I was shown the room, my suitcase was carried upstairs and there was also a map of the city. The breakfast room is on the top floor of Pizzeria Roma. The buffet is delicious and has something for everyone. The staff is always present, so small requests can be fulfilled immediately. The guesthouse is not far from the train station and right at the beginning of the shopping street, which then turns into the spa promenade. I found it very nice here and would love to come back ?!!
