I ordered on Friday at about 21:30, ie one of the busiest days and times. Pizza arrived at 22:10, which is due to when the order was sent to O.K. Most of all, it was still warm! The young lady who brought the pizza was very nice. The pizza itself exceeded my expectations - it was tasty, rich and not greasy. For 110 CZK and with transport, I rate it very positively.

We ordered the pizza yesterday and we finally canceled the order because it didn't arrive in 1.5 hours. If the application shows a deduction of one hour after ordering, the customer expects to receive the pizza by this time. All the more so if there is information that if he does not arrive within the hour, the customer should call the pizzeria after 10 minutes. So it happened and we were assured that pizza was on its way. She didn't arrive for another 20 minutes (which seems pretty to me, given that she should have been on the road and in 20 minutes Vary can be bypassed back and forth), so I canceled my order by phone, saying that we would not wait any longer. At least we had the decency to call it and the courier would not travel unnecessarily. It could have been the same as a pizzeria, and all we had to do was not call and go to bed and not open it to the courier. During the call, I was told the following: - no guaranteed delivery time is written anywhere, so there is no reason to complain - one hour sets up the application and they can't do anything about it (I don't understand who else could) - even though the pizza didn't arrive after 90 minutes, it's still a good time like this - probably more orders are delivered at once, it is not known where the courier is and nothing can be done about it There was no apology during the whole conversation, and maybe that would be enough, but the pizzeria didn't care and he doesn't see any mistakes in anything. I read the other reviews and to avoid any suspicion of an biased or fictional review, the order was in the name of "Marešová". And since she was yesterday, she was probably not forgotten :-)

Restrictions on delivery, not traffic, are indicated on the website during KVIFF. The phone only told that the pizza will be for a normal restaurant price, not for 100, -, but the exact amount is not specified. For 194, - I think a person can have a lot of tastier dishes. For me, I was significantly disappointed with such actions and the inability to specify VESKERE info on the website.

We wanted to visit this restaurant with friends on vacation. However, the young lady who served in the garden asked us after the question whether we could sit outside or inside, she just looked as if we were bothering her and her answer was "well as you can", she didn't show us a table, she didn't communicate with us anymore and still only annoyed with us. koukala. The second waiter was already nice, but unfortunately the waitress's behavior discouraged us so much that we left. We were really sorry because the food and the interior of the restaurant looked very nice.

I've been waiting for pizza for 75 minutes, it's been a long time. I don't order anything from you anymore, I've always waited a long time but not up to 75 minutes!
