★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vstřícný personál, ochota se domluvit, velice čisto, ubytování převyšující oficiálně nabizenou kategorii. Jediný špatný moment byl při check out, kdy personál již stepoval za dveřmi a klepal na mně kdy už vypadnu, že oni tam již potřebují jít..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší spa v celých lázních, holky mají zlaté ruce a vždy plná spokojenost, dokonce se zde domluvíte i něco pro malé děti když jste s níma. Parkování ve dvoře a ubytování ve stejné budově, nemusí se obcházet, je tam vstup z ubytování do spa.
