The access to the park is a great advantage! Good location! Great breakfast! I am less convinced by the quality of the lunches.

It's could have been a beautiful place but it appears that the staff works like 24/7 so no wonder why friendliness is not home here. We booked our 2night stay at a travelers agency including breakfast and dinner. This dinner is a shame! It feels like you are a guest of a class B when you are not here to eat a la carte. What they call food in here is out of the scale. Horrible and tasteless. Next funfact is that it's impossible to place six guests on the same table. 4 of us are placed on one table and the other two had to take place somewhere else with two other guests. Good thing is I am a communication man. If you are not you may have a bad problem with this business. Breakfast was kinda okay but tasteless. Bad joke: not a single sign of fresh fruits, not banana or even a slice of apple. Never experienced this somewhere else. Well, what's left to say... Oh yes, the "pool" is not more like a big bath. The sauna is small but okay. This is maybe the best thing at this place. All in one Everything felt like a bad joke. Knock knock goes the door when the beautiful roomservice lady ask for entrance to make up the room...pretty nice of course..but not seven o clock in the morning! Of course it's not her fault, I guess it's more like the amount of work she had to get done each day. The rooms itself are okay. Little Balcony and minibar are nice. The heaviest moment which got us laughing hard was a call from reception lady last night. It was like 24 o clock... Midnight when she gave me a call asking to pay for some kind of upgrade for a superior room or whatever. I told her that we booked at a travelers agency including everything so there can not be any extras to pay for additionally. It felt like an endless discussion an when I fed up I throw the phone away and we went downstairs to the reception. Down there she told us that everything is okay.... I felt like "where is the camera!?". All in one definitely not a place to recommend when you are in the area. Better head over to Germany and book your stay in the Sante Royal Bad Brambach right next to the Saxony Bath and Sauna palace.

Booked a room at this hotel as a weekend getaway to relax and get the spa experience. The location is absolutely perfect near a splendud park and therefore one star is well deserved, the room was also quite big with a comfortable bed and that is where all the praise ends. As soon as I got here I discovered a hidden parking fee of 370 Czk per night! This was not mentioned before and it was the first time i experienced this kind of rip off surprise. The towels in the room were dirty and the staff is very rude and unhelpful.

Very satisfied with the place, the staff is awesome and very friendly. I am taking the treatments that they are offering with spa and wellness and everything is great. Nice places to walk around and rest. Recommend strongly
