Určitě plánujeme příští rok znovu a opět minimálně na 14 dní. We were for the first time in the spa and amazing. Great staff at all levels, great food, peace and quiet. Possibility of bike trips, swimming, in line. We are definitely planning next year again and again for at least 14 days.

Skvělý saunový svět, vířivka, bazén a solná jeskyně. Vyhražené hlídané parkoviště, zapůjčení županu a nordic hůlek zdarma. Děkujeme všem za příjemný pobyt, budeme hotel jen doporučovat. Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Františkovy Lázně, just a few steps to the center. Pleasant and helpful receptionists, waitresses and nurses. Absolutely amazing cuisine. Great sauna world, whirlpool, pool and salt cave. Reserved guarded parking, free rental of bathrobe and nordic chopsticks. Thank you all for a pleasant stay, we will only recommend the hotel.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location not far from the city center, friendly staff, delicious cuisine and absolutely great spa treatments. And as the icing on the cake a great sauna world.

Auch das Schwimmbad und der Whirlpool waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Egal ob Obst, Rührei, Müsli, Aufschnitt, Semmeln oder Brot, alles war vorhanden. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Very nice place. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. They all spoke German very well. The room was very clean and nothing was missing. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very plentiful, nothing was missing. Whether fruit, scrambled eggs, muesli, cold cuts, rolls or bread, everything was available. I can only recommend this hotel.

Zdravím Pavlínku.. :-) Beautiful hotel, we love it there, there is a clean room, a nice receptionist, a nice maid (blonde) and golden girls in the restaurant. Greetings Pavlínek .. :-)

Samozřejmě hotel nabízí všechny druhy lázeňských procedur. Velkou předností je také velké hotelové parkoviště, celkově perfektní pobyt. Excellent accommodation, well-arranged rooms with a nice bathroom, the hotel cuisine is delicious, the hotel also has its own wellness with whirlpool and pool, their sauna world has all kinds of saunas, Finnish, aroma, steam. Of course the hotel offers all kinds of spa treatments. A big advantage is also a large hotel parking lot, overall perfect stay.
