V penzionu jsme dostali prizemni pokoj, coz me na prvni pohled zamrzelo, ale po vstupu jsem byla nadsena.. Dostali jsme 4-luzkovy pokoj navic s detskou postylkou, i kdyz jsme byli pouze dva platici dospeli (dve male deti nam neuctovali). Krasny vyhled rovnou na vodu a pro zachovani soukromi na oknech rolety. Me obavy ze snidani (i obeda) ve 4* restauraci hotelu se take nevyplnily, protoze nas s detmi nechali jist ve vedlejsi mistnosti s detskym koutkem. Na veceri jsme se obcas stavili do Regaty a taky pohoda, jelikoz je u ni detske hristatko. Ve volnych chvilich jsme vyuzivaly lehatka a slunecniky na plazi a muz si pujcil i vybaveni ze zdejsi Mariny. Okoli krasne, kousek od privozu, jez jsme s detmi radi vyuzivali. A bezva misto na vylety po Lipne i Sumave. I must say that normally do not write reviews, but this place convinced me. In the hotel we got a ground floor room, which I was sorry at first glance, but upon entering, I was thrilled .. We got a 4-bed room in addition to a baby cot, even though we were only two paying adults (two small children did not worship us). Beautiful views right on the water and privacy blinds on the windows. I am afraid of having breakfast (and lunch) in the 4 * hotel restaurant as well, because they left us with children in the next room with a children's corner. For dinner, we sometimes stopped to Regattas and comfort too, because it is for her children hřišťátko. In our free time we used sun loungers and sun umbrellas on the reptiles and the man loved the equipment of the Marina. Surroundings of beautiful, short walk from the ferry that we like to use with children. A cool place for a trip on Lipno and Sumava.
T	Tomas Pojer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne všechny pokoje mají výhled na Lipno. My jsme měli pokoj 107 a zde byl výhled bokem,tj měli jsme malou zahradku bez výhledu na vodní plochu. Pokoj byl malý ale útulný. Byla zde výborná matrace. Je zde velká společenská místnost, která je vybavena jako špičková kuchyně i se zařízením. Určitě to ocení větší skupiny. K vodě je to 100 metrů. Not all rooms have views of Lipno. We had room 107 and there was a side view, ie we had a small garden without a view of the water surface. The room was small but cozy. There was an excellent mattress. There is a large common room, which is equipped with top-class cuisine and equipment. Surely it will be appreciated by larger groups. The water is 100 meters away.
A	Andrea Sítařová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super ubytování s dětmi i bez. Penzion je součást hotelového resortu. Pokoj byl čistý, hned v přízemí, což jsme s dítětem velmi ocenili. Snídani nebylo co vytknout. Je zde místnost s dětským koutkem, tak se rodiče mohou v klidu nasnídat. Celkové okolí bylo upravené a čisté. Možnost zapůjčit si různé sportovní vybavení. Pobyt nám jen trochu zkazil závěr při placení na recepci. Chyba byla ale na obou stranách. Za nás určit stojí za navštívení! Super accommodation with and without children. The guesthouse is part of the hotel resort. The room was clean, right on the ground floor, which we very much appreciated with the child. Breakfast was nothing to criticize. There is a room with a children's corner, so parents can have breakfast in peace. The overall surroundings were neat and clean. Possibility to borrow various sports equipment. Staying a little spoiled the conclusion when paying at the reception. But the error was on both sides. For us to determine worth visiting!
M	Martin Grůber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penzion a jeho okolí, vlastně celý hotelový komplex, je skvělé místo nejen k relaxaci, ale i k aktivnímu odpočinku. Je možno si zapůjčit různé sportovní vybavení, od koloběžky či kolečkových bruslí, přes malý motorový člun až po větší loď i s kapitánem. Pokoj v penzionu byl sice malý, ale velmi pěkný a čistý - celý penzion vypadá jako nový. Sice jsme neměli pokoj s balkonem, ale vzhledem k tomu, že na na trávu s lehátky u vody je to asi 50 metrů, nebyl to takový nedostatek;) Jediným problémem je zde jídlo. Je tu sice Grill bar, kde mají vynikající obsluhu i hamburgery, ale to je také skoro všechno jídlo, co tu mají. S hotelovou restaurací jsme moc dobré zkušenosti neměli. Výběr není moc velký - nevím, co bych jedl, kdybych tu měl strávit třeba týden. Jídlo bylo sice výborné, ale nemyslím si, že odpovídá tak vysokým cenám (ale to by zas tak moc nevadilo). Avšak večeře se proměnila v čekání na Godota. Ještě nikdy se mi nestalo, abych na jedno pivo čekal skoro 45 minut, na možnost objednat si jídlo taktéž - celkem jsme v restauraci strávili více než 2 hodiny a to jsme měli každý jedno jídlo a jedno pivo, žádné hody. A nebyly jsme sami, přestože restaurace byla z více než poloviny prázdná... Ale jinak bych penzion jako takový hodnotil pozitivně. A jedno velké plus - je možné zde pobývat se psem. The room in the guesthouse was small but very nice and clean - the whole guest house looks like new. Although we did not have a room with a balcony, but since it is about 50 meters on the grass with deck chairs by the water, it was not such a shortcoming;) The only problem here is food. There's a Grill Bar where they have excellent service and hamburgers, but that's almost all the food they have. We didn't have much good experience with the hotel restaurant. The selection isn't too big - I don't know what to eat if I should spend a week here. The food was excellent, but I do not think it corresponds to such high prices (but it wouldn't matter too much). But dinner turned into waiting for Godot. I have never had to wait for a beer for almost 45 minutes, to order a meal also - we spent more than 2 hours in the restaurant and we each had one meal and one beer, no feast. And we weren't alone, even though the restaurant was more than half empty ... And one big plus - you can stay here with a dog.

Accommodation for 1 or more days. I / we always use it as accommodation for our annual summer camp. Cleanliness is very good and also eat.
