L	Lili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt v penzionu Monika byla velice příjemná zkušenost. Bylo dostatečné místo na parkování pro náš počet rodin a lanovky hlavních sjezdovek ve Špindlu byly v rozumné vzdálenosti autem (cca 5 max 10 minut jízda autem). Navštívili jsme penzion podruhé a jsme velice spokojeni s profesionálním a přátelským jednáním, navíc nám dokonce vyšli vstříc dodatečným požadavkům. Pokoje byly vybaveny odpovídající podle webových stránek (ledničky, ručníky, konvice atd...), prostorné s krásným výhledem. Wifi po celé budově zdarma. Možnost úklidu pokoje byla milým překvapením, ale je i možnost jeho odmítnutí (jednoduchou záložkou na dveře). Nemám žádné stížnosti k poskytnuté snídani (subjektivní názor, ale za nás byla super). Personál penzionu též jenom chválivhodný. Další výhodou penzionu je vlastnictví skirentu, takže jsme nemuseli až ke sjezdovkám. Staying at the Monika guest house was a very pleasant experience. There was enough parking for our number of families and the cable cars of the main slopes in Spindl were within a reasonable distance by car (about 5 max 10 minutes by car). We visited the guesthouse for the second time and we are very satisfied with the professional and friendly dealings, in addition, they even met our additional requirements. The rooms were equipped according to the website (refrigerators, towels, kettles, etc ...), spacious with beautiful views. Free wifi throughout the building. The possibility of cleaning the room was a nice surprise, but there is also the possibility of rejecting it (a simple tab on the door). I have no complaints about the breakfast provided (subjective opinion, but for us it was great). The staff of the pension is also only commendable. Another advantage of the pension is the ownership of the ski resort, so we did not have to go to the slopes.

Eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Pension, schicke stilgerechte Zimmer, einen Ski-Verleih direkt in der Pension, kurzer Weg zum Skigebiet, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit auf Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Rührei oder Spiegelei und ein Zimmer mit einem faszinierenden Blick aufs Tal und das Skigebiet. Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich, hat bei der Vermittlung eines Skikurses geholfen und zeigte sich auch bei der Abrechnung der Leihski kulant. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die unsere Ansprüche und Wünsche erfüllt hat. Gerne gebe ich 5 Sterne. We have been going to Špindlerův Mlýn for many years and have already got to know some accommodations. This year for the first time in the Pension Monika. A very good decision. There were sufficient parking spaces in front of the pension, chic stylish rooms, a ski rental directly in the pension, a short walk to the ski area, extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs on request and a room with a fascinating view of the valley and the ski area. The host was very friendly, helped arrange a ski course and was also accommodating when it came to billing for the rental skis. All in all, a perfect place to stay that met our needs and desires. I'm happy to give 5 stars.

Rezerwacja zrobiona kilka dni wcześniej przez Booking, na miejscu okazało się że rezerwacja została anulowana przez właściciela pensjonatu bo ktoś zamówił termin na dłuższy termin niż my. My 2 noce a ktoś 6 nocy więc obiekt jest niesprawiedliwy i nastawiony tylko na zysk. Zamówiliśmy z HRS było lepiej i niżej położone bez problemów z dojazdem. We barely arrived. Sharp and slippery hills. Icy. The wheels are boxing. Mercedes stood in the middle. Far to the slopes. The service was rude. The reservation was made a few days earlier by Booking, on the spot it turned out that the reservation was canceled by the owner of the guest house because someone ordered a longer term than we did. We are 2 nights and someone is 6 nights so the facility is unfair and only for profit. We ordered from HRS it was better and lower with no access problems.

Majitelé jsou hrozně hodní a šikovní. ? Všem mohu jenom doporučit. I like to return to Špindl. I have been driving for 6 years and I am always very happy with the accommodation. Beautiful rooms, fully equipped, everything clean and fragrant. The owners are very kind and handy. ? I can only recommend to everyone.
